Review: I recently purchased some "Virgin Brazilian Hair" from J & B Beauty Supply in [redacted] and the hair was terrible! Absolutely terrible. I purchased the 26 inch Virgin Brazilian Hair on Friday, August **, 2013.The hair was approximately $119.00. On Monday I return to J& B to show them the quality of the hair and that is acting more as synthetic hair versus Human. The owner says that he recieved the hair from Harlen 125 (New Jigu Trading Corp) I call to state a complaint about the hair and rude is an understatement to how I was treated. I was asked not to call back. The managers were hanging up in my face. Terrible customer service. I am greatly offended.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an apology.
