YES I HAVE RECEIVED COMPLAINT, THERE WAS A TIME FRAME WHERE I WAS OUT OF POCKET FOR PERSONAL REASONS AND THE CUSTOMER WAS GROWING IMPATIENTI HAVE SINCE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE CONSUMER, HE HAS RECEIVED THE INSPECTION REPORTWE HAVE AGREED TO REPLACE FLOORING WITH UPGRADE ON MATERIALS AT NO
COST TO CUSTOMER, WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS

I am rejecting this response because until I have a firm, agreed upon date for completion there is no resolution. Having experienced the depths of concern caused by someone being "out of pocket" I am reticent to capitulate until I receive that which has been promised. In summation, I will need a firm and committed date from the GC and confirmation from the installer and those dates must be adhered to. Further, the completion must be satisfactory and surpassing the quality of the current sub-standard installation.
