Review: [redacted] showed up and gave us an estimate for the job. He was to return again for the deposit and review of the job. He did not show nor did he call. We called him to ask why he didn't show . He returned the call much later that night and said he was busy. We expressed our concern that he had not called to tell us. However, we again made another appointment . We waited and waited and again he did not show nor did he call.

Review: We have hired New Land Services in May, 2013 to do our landscaping work as we had just moved in the Orange County neighborhood.
My intention was to do a small project with him until I was forced into a bigger and more expensive project of which I could have barely afford. I did it anyway.
He pushed me to purchase a water fountain and he took 3 months to install it. Upon installation, it was broken and I am still waiting for him to repair it.
The entire work was poorly done and even though I have 10 years warranty, When I call him, he does not return phone calls, text messages etc. I have spent over 25k on this job and I am highly dissatisfied.Desired Settlement: I want him to call me ASAP to repair the work that was poorly done otherwise I will take him to the court to begin litigation
Review: New Land Services performed our lawn upkeep. We also requested them to place stone around the home residence. My spouse gave him the 1st installment/payment (for materials) on 06/**/2014 for the amount of $ 2500.00, which they cashed. There were weeks that they did not perform our lawn service. We would call and they would come. We also asked when they would commence the stone project. They stated mid-August. Due to their inconsistency of mowing the lawn weekly on July **, 2014 we informed New Land Services that their services would no longer be needed and requested that the monies given to perform the stone work be returned since the job still was not done or materials not delivered to our residence.I initiated calls to New Land Services and New Land Services also called to meet and return the monies. 4 attempts were made to meet on the return of the monies. At each appointed time New Land Services did not show up or call on asking for a new meeting. As of 08/**/2014 I have not received the monies.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund of the monies given ($ 2500.00). To make the appointments I had to take time off from work, using vacation and personal time. I am not going to request that I be compensated for this if the monies are returned. If I have to take this a step further (legal action) I will include this in the settlement.
