Complaint[redacted]Firm is contracted to April 15 but did not remove snow that fell from March 5 to 7. Several attempts were made via both phone and email to contact the owner. I did receive one email on Friday night [redacted] that indicated that he was "heading out right now", but he never showed up and has not responded since. I would like to register a complaint against New Leaf Landscaping. I have a seasonal contract with this company for snow removal. They are to remove the snow within 24 hours of the end of the snowfall. The snow stopped falling last Thursday and I have not seen anyone from this company come by to remove any snow since then. I have left several phone messages and postings on their Facebook page. They have never called me back and have so far deleted one of the Facebook postings I made.[redacted]Desired SettlementI have sent them an email this morning advising them that they have until 10 a.m. tomorrow to remove the snow or I will be hiring someone else and sending them the bill.
