Review: This company was hired to build a 40 foot block retaining wall. I was promised that the job would be done in three days. He required 2500 up front and then the 1800 after the project is finished. I gave him the 2500, when the block was delivered I was told that he did not pay for it yet. I had to pay for the block. He started the project around July 2nd and has not been back to finish it. He has destroyed my neighbor's yard with piles of dirt in stone. He always has an excuse why he can't come out to finish. I have new estimate from contractors that say he did not put the 6 inch base of gravel and he did not use the proper material. He has abandoned the job. In order to build the wall properly it will cost me $7500 more to finish the wall. I am pursuing legal help to sue him for the amount he was paid.Desired Settlement: I do not want him back on my property. I want to be refunded the $2,500 that I paid him as I now have to find a contractor to finish the job properly and it's going to cost me $7500 dollars to have the wall torn down and rebuilt properly.
