What a terrible company this New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc is!
I had a service contract for an extended warranty on all of my appliances. My warrantee was to expire on June 17th 2025. In May of this year my refrigerator started making a loud noise and the contents of the fridge kept freezing. New Leaf sent out a technician from an appliance repair company assigned by GE on May 30th and they had to order a part and come back on Monday, June 9th. Issue with fridge did not go away and they sent tech back on Friday, July 11th, Friday, July 18th, Thursday, July 31st and Tuesday August 26th. At the August 26th visit the technician informed me that he did everything "in the GE playbook" to fix the issue "that did obviously not fix your problem" and that I would need to call back in October when outside humidity levels dropped to see if the issue still occurred which I thought was ridiculous because I also needed my refrigerator to work during the humid summer months. I called New Leaf back on 10/6 to state the issue was still happening and they said the claim was closed due to 30 days going by. I did what the tech told me to do so I would expect the claim to remain open. New Leaf, when push comes to shove, is a terrible company with even worse customer service. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I am filing a small claims law suite against them as well. Don't waste your money on this terrible "warrantee" service.

don't waste your money on this company
We purchased an extended warranty from New Leaf on our refrigerator. It broke while under warranty. We called and they sent a technician in a week. He called later and said that it could not be fixed and New Leaf had agreed to send replacement funds--we would receive a form in a week. I had not received a form in a week so I called them. They said the refrigerator was still under warranty so we needed to contact the manufacturer. They refused to acknowledge that I had been told otherwise. This is either deception or very poor record keeping on their part.

DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY
I submitted a claim for my Samsung washer and they sent it to a repair place that only accepts mail in repairs i.e. phones, dvr's, and small electronics. When I called them to submit a claim they then scheduled a repair for two weeks out. I will be buying a new washing machine and sending them the bill.
