I am seeking a return not due to my displeasure to what I paid forI am seeking a refund or reparations for the fines I have received due to the company's negligence to laws across the United StatesEven if you were aware this product is illegal in public spaces it is not acceptable to sell the product without warning expecting the customer to only use it on private property or face the unknown consequencesYour return policy does not affect your incompetence in your ad for the itemThe correct thing to do is compensate the customer and provide proper warning to future buyers.

We stand behind our previous response. We would like to additionally note that Amazon.com, where the customer made the purchase, is responsible for the item page, photos, and way the product is described, all of which are accurate upon our inspection. We do not create or maintain the product advertisements, and listings for Amazon.com. Our company simply fulfilled the order that came through them

light bar was not working.  11 minutes later, at 1128am, we replied to the customer advising that the item has a lifetime warranty, and that[redacted], the manufacturer of the item, offers a warranty on the item, and provided their contact information.    [redacted] is ready and willing to warranty the item for the customer, however because they handle their warrantyclaims directly, the customer simply needs to call them to initiate the warranty claim at the number we provided.  A copy of that email is below and has the telephone number again.  We received no further communication from the customer after the below email was sent, and assumed the customer had contacted [redacted] to start his warranty claim.

Horrible service. Took my money and mentioned parts were in stock but the never were. Its been a more month and I haven't seen a refund. A bunch a thieves.

If it is as easy as they claim they should have no problem using it. If I were to purchase this from a brick and mortar retailer they would replace the item. If New Level can make an exception for 60 days why not for this item? I am willing to pay 15% restock to make up for the time elapsed.

Pushing the blame towards amazon does not solve this dispute. Accept some responsibility and comp the customer. Or simply have this conversation with amazon. But this should not fall back on me. This is your product and the listing for it.

This item was purchased on Amazon.com on 4/2/2017 and Amazon sent the order to our company for fulfillment.  Amazon has a 30 day return policy on items purchased on their website. The customer contacted us on 7/17/17 asking for a full refund for the product, which he has been using since the...

purchase was made.  The item has been used by the customer for an extended period of time and is no longer able to be returned.   We contacted Amazon and the manufacturer both to see if they would be willing to take back an item used for 3 1/2 months and neither would accept the return.  The manufacturer of this item states that the customer claim that this item is illegal everywhere is untrue and the laws vary in every city nationwide.  Even in areas where the item is not legal, it is still able to be used on private property and in car shows, etc (it is a colored light ring that goes on the vehicle). It is ultimately up to the customer to check local laws regarding legality for the item on public roadways.  We've also passed on the customer complaints about the way the product is sold to Amazon.com, who is responsible for the advertisement of the product.   We are not able to honor the customer's request to send the item back for a refund because of the length of time he has been using the product and also because it is no longer in new condition.

As we previously advised the customer, he will have to contact the shipping company he used to attempt to send the item back to us with or use the tracking number they should have provided him at the time he shipped the item.  We do not have any control over this.  As we stated before, we are sorry if the customer felt we were rude and it is never our intent to be rude.  We simply informed the customer that a return authorization number is required for all returns, and the customer was very upset that we require a return authorization number.  This information is clearly posted on our website in multiple places.

Hello,We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy.  We extend that out to as far as 60 days in cases where we determine it to be appropriate.  The customer ordered his item over 100 days ago. Because the item has been in customer possession for such a long length of time, the issue is considered to be a warranty issue.   The manufacturer of this item readily and willingly warranties their items, however they require the customer to call them and set up a warranty claim.  If the item has a manufacturer defect, they will replace it at no charge.  We are at the mercy of the manufacturer when the item has been in the customer's possession for this long.  The customer can have his item replaced by simply completing a warranty claim with USA based [redacted].  We have provided the customer with that information, however the customer refuses to complete the warranty claim.

Unfortunately, I did not return the item with a return authorization #, which is required by this company. However, I was told the item would be sent back to me, and I have not received it. My failure to look up the return policy is my own fault as I have shopped countless times online with no problems of returned items until now. Your company may have its return policy and limit its discretion on the website, but having to deal with rude customer services employees is something the company may wish to address.

The item required installation by a professional - this is the reason for the 3 month wait. The item was not tampered with and the box was not opened. I am seeking a replacement from the seller. There is no policy on their site that states non working items must be warrantied through the manufacturer.  There is also no claim that the item may not work, actually exactly the opposite as it is stated as a new item and new items are expected to work. I made a purchase of an item, it did not work out of the box. The consumer expectation is that the retailers will provide a working items.  If the item is not in stock I will accept a refund.
