New Life Appliance Repair

This is a horrible company! I waited a month for a part and had a scheduled appointmentThe company called me while I was on a brief call, supposedly to ensure I was home (which I'd been all day waiting for the technician)I called New Life as soon as I heard their messageI was told that because I'd not answered the telephone when they called, the technician was diverted to another homeI tried to explain to the service person that I'd been out of town, and lived alone with young children, there is no food at home and I must go to the grocery store before my children get home from schoolI explained that I was never informed that answering the phone that day was a requirement for the appointment to be keptThe woman started to scream at me, calling ME rude and then told me she was canceling the repair service call entirelyI listened to her yell in shockI asked for a manager or ownerThe woman replied she was both and refused to put any one else on the phone Then she hung up the phone on meI have never had such terrible treatment, ever! Please don't use this company They are a nighhtmare!
