We are more than happy to help the student with information to repay her student loanFor any questions regarding Federal loan repayment the student should call *** *** or *** *** *** can give them her personal information and they will instruct her on where to send or make her payment. There are payment plans also available for the student

This is the worst school ever went to they promised us $after we finish hours then after we finish our internship get another $so that equals up to $1,they also promised a laptop that wasn't received the teachers don't teach anything so there's no learning going we don't receive my books workbooks they're very unprofessional and very unorganized

Review: This school fraudulent school claims to teach medical billing thoroughly and promises job placement which this school is does neither of the 2 as well as them also keeping my books after tricking me into signing up for a loan I wasn't aware of from fedloan servicing and giving me a bogus certificate with misspellings and a fake seal.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so I may pay off the outstanding loan in my name put in place by them for tuition the amount as of now with interest is 2459.12 which I would to be refunded.

This will be our last response. The Institute will gladly try to help the consumer by going over her resumes and helping her to update it. We will also work with her to to set up an internship which in turn may help her find a job. We have tried to contact the consumer several times with no response. We believe we have a wrong number. Please have consumer give us a call at ###-###-####. Have her refer to this complaint and we will be glad to expedite and rectify this matter.

Review: in 2009 I [redacted] attended new life business institute, they did not diclose to me that they were takiing out a personal loan against the bank in my name until I tried to take out a personal loan with my current bank Amalgamted Bank is when I found out so now my hands are tied because they refuse to give me the information I need to fix my credit please their answering service # ###-###-#### never delivers my messages and as I see today the company is not affiliated with the Revdex.com so I would like my loans cleared up because I cannot return to college with this matter resolved immediatelyDesired Settlement: get my name cleared with all financial institions involved in this matter immediately
