We started coming to New Life a bit over a year ago, and it was the best decision we could have made! I was very ill, and lived life on my couch not able to take care of my three kids most daysI tried everything modern medicine had to offer and nothing helped, only made it worseAfter over $3,in tests and doctor's bills, I had had enough and decided to callThey were extremely welcoming and niceI have had such a huge improvement in my health DrFeeman is so caring and truly wants to help each and every one of his patients live life at 100% of their God given potential He works very hard to educate his patients, and writes a daily newsletter with information on how to take charge of your healthMy kids even make sure they grab a copy each time we are in the office! My family has seen such an improvement in our health since startingNone of us have even had as much as the sniffles since starting I would highly recommend calling and getting your whole family in...it can make a HUGE difference in your life!

Regarding, the guarantee that was associated with the client's terms of agreement, the terms stated "I am GUARANTEED at least pounds of weight loss by the end of the programIf I do not lose at least pounds and I kept all my appointments, kept my diary, followed the system, and I did not cheat and can show that, then I will be put back on the program at absolutely no cost to me." The client then initialed directly after those two sentencesThe client did not follow certain protocols that were in place for their program to ensure the best results and decided to end the program earlyTherefore, we cannot offer to put them back on the program at no costWe also cannot give a refundThe terms of agreement that the client signed stated "Due to the proprietary nature of our system and products, once you commit and leave the office, all sales are finalNo refunds or returns will be given, even if products are unopened." The client initialed directly after those two sentences and signed and dated the entire terms
In conclusion, we are abiding by the terms of agreement signed by the client and our staff, keeping our end of the agreementIf the client can provide us with a credit card receipt or statement showing they paid both installments of *** we will be happy to verify

All I can say is WOW! My life has been totally transformed since beginning care at New Life and NutriMost Fort WayneI am now living my life to my full health and healing potentialDr*** and his staff educate me on something new every time I visit the office, and they are so kind and caring! New Life Chiropractic has changed my life I have always been very active but struggled with losing weight and keeping the weight off When I heard about NutriMost at New Life Chiropractic, I decided I would try it I had complete success!! When I started the program in the middle of October I weighted over pounds and by Thanksgiving I weighted under pounds I therefore lost over the guarantee pounds in days and the best part is I still weight less than pounds months later NutriMost is the only program out of the many I have tried that actually works All the other programs I have tried I may have lost a few pounds but I never reached my goal weight nor was I able to keep the weight off Like any program, the key to success is following it correctly, which I was not difficult The staff at New Life Chiropractic provides so much support and is so helpful that I found it extremely easy to follow I recommend NutriMost to anyone who is serious about getting healthy!

I have gone through the Nutrimost System with New Life Chiropractic Center. I have found they were highly professional, always encouraging, ready to celebrate with every victory and would work with you if you were at a plateau on the program. I have known others who have gone through the program and I can honestly say, that in all cases they lost more than the guaranteed weight. I personally lost 42.6 lbs while on the program. After the 40 day period of weight loss, they followed up the next three weeks after that to check my progress, and gave me the information I need to maintain the weight loss. The bottom line is, if you follow the program I've never found anyone who hasn't lost the weight. If you don't follow the program...there is no weight loss plan that will help you.

I have had lower back problems for the last several years. I have had two operations and a car accident. The first operation failed and the second helped. The car accident made my lower back worse again.

I started looking for people to treat me and to help me get better. In September of 2014 I went to Dr. Joel F at New Life Chiropractic Center hoping that I could get help with my back. To get treated they asked me to sign an agreement saying I would pay over 2600.00 in two payments for treatment for my lower back. They asked for half of it down and the other half of the payment when I was half done.

I took half of the treatments with no help whatsoever. In fact as Dr. F continued to treat me my lower back became worse and worse. It did not help but made me worse. Because my back continued to get worse I told him that I could no longer come or pay for the second half of my treatment because of how bad I was feeling. After I left New Life Chiropractic my lower back still continued to get worse and I ended up having to get my first lower back surgery two months later in November of 2014. The following year in July I received a second surgery which helped me and I started to feel relief but then I was hit in a car accident and my back became worse again.

Now I am being sent to collections from New Life for $700 for fees because I did not pay for or finish the other half of my treatment. I paid for and finished the first half of my treatment but I was just getting too sore to go on. I was also afraid because the more he worked on me the worse my back became. I did not get services that I did not pay for. There were 700.00 in penalties and loss of discounts being charged to me because I didn't keep getting treated. I know that legally I owe the money but I would have to say that for not getting any help at all and getting worse and worse while being treated and ending up having to get my back operated on and telling them at New Life that I could not come because it did me no good does not seem right.

I feel that I was treated unfairly and unethically because I did not get any better at all and have to pay $700. I am making a formal complaint that I believe this type of contract is deceiving and unfair. There was nothing I could do because I could not afford to continue to pay for something that was not helping me. I feel that this type of contract is deceiving and a trap and yes even though it might be legal it is not ethical.

I feel I was treated unethically and unfairly. I would not recommend this doctor to any one.

We are saddened to hear that Ms. [redacted] chose to stop our program without consulting with us. We were...

aware, according to her paperwork she submitted, she had been treated by a physician within the last 12 months for Pulmonary Atrial Hypertension, however we do not treat any condition nor can we give advice regarding that condition. What we can recommend however, is to have all medications monitored by the prescribing physician, because body weight is a factor in the dosage prescribed. Therefore, when someone loses weight, they may need to have their dosage modified as well.
On February 1st, 2016, we received a message that the client was stopping their personalized weight loss program. The client stated in the voice message that she is "...stopping your program on advice of my cardiologist nurse practitioner that I met with on Saturday and won't keep any future appointments I have..." Ms. [redacted] stated in her complaint that "Diet had to be stopped because of salt and fluid." As well as "To sic much salt and fluid in-take for me."
As with most clients, it is expected that they have a high respect and trust in what their doctors recommend to them, which we certainly honor. However, in saying that, as with any professional relationship, in that rare case that a physician has any questions, our doctors are very happy to extend the professional courtesy of having a phone conversation to answer any questions regarding the client's care and/or recommendations. After having helped thousands of patients through the years, we have seen many clients whom have had similar health histories being helped significantly.
Mistakenly, many clients and their physicians misunderstand the nature of what it is that we do and "Why" behind the recommendations. You see, our technologies allow us to see and monitor factors that are generally overlooked. These are factors that are vital in helping people reach their maximum level of health and go far beyond losing weight. For the sake of keeping Ms. [redacted]'s health information private, protecting her, while remaining professional, it can only be said that on her first follow up visit, she was making wonderful progress in all ranges tested. This shows that the client is moving toward better health.
Please understand that we have a very, very high success rate of helping clients reach their weight loss and health goals, but we cannot be of help to someone if they do not ask for it. In other words, Ms. [redacted] never consulted with us regarding her salt and fluid intake, nor did her physician's office contact or communicate with us on any matters. In fact, as previously stated, at her last visit with us on 01/27/2016, her hydration levels increased which is what her body needed being that she tested as being in need of better cellular hydration. Many times, clients are prescribed diuretics due to interstitial swelling, where the water is unable to be pulled into the cells efficiently, but while on our program, because its foundation is on improving health, the body will often times overcome this rather quickly.
As it stands, without any communication from either the client and/or the noted nurse practitioner regarding the matter, we remain uninformed about the nature of decision to cease following her recommendations, aside from "salt and fluid," which are very vague. If mineral levels were a concern, or sodium/potassium ratios, these are things that are easily adjustable, as needed.
Our program is Doctor supervised. Please realize that much like the assumed relationship between Ms. [redacted]'s nurse practitioner and her cardiologist, our well-trained team are highly capable of taking care of all the daily care needs. Our doctor is always available for questions and changes in recommendations if and when needed. This does not mean that the Doctor is the one leading a follow-up appointment, however it does mean that they observe and/or keep watch over someone's program, and then in turn directs the team accordingly.
As previously noted, should Ms. [redacted] have consulted with us regarding this visit to her Nurse Practitioner, would be to put that Nurse Practitioner in contact with Dr. [redacted] so they could work together in helping the individual obtain better overall health.
Regarding the client's request of an 80% refund, our Terms state: "Due to the proprietary nature of our system and products, once you commit and leave the office, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be given, even if products are unopened." The client initialed next to those two sentences and signed these terms. In our terms we also make it know that it is not within our scope of practice to modify or make recommendations regarding the medications that her physicians have prescribed to her, but to rather consult with them for such matters. Once our testing is done and formulations are created and associated recommended supplements are taken, all sales are final.
Again, we are saddened to know that Ms. [redacted] made the decision to quit her program without seeking a solution aside from stopping the program. We have been honored to have helped thousands of individuals to effectively lose weight, while improving cellular hydration, and healing to the point that most clients are able to work with their physicians to eliminate and/or significantly reduce their prescribed medication, and ultimately completely transform their lives. We wish Ms. [redacted] the best of luck in her health endeavors.

for our clients. In response to Ms. L[redacted]'s complaint there are three points I would like to address.
The first topic is the guarantee that the NutriMost Ultimate Fat Loss System has. Our Terms of Agreement state: "I am GUARANTEED at least 20 pounds of weight loss by the end of the program. If I do not lose at least 20 pounds and I kept all my appointments, kept my diary, followed the system, and I did not cheat and can show that, then I will be put back on the program at absolutely no cost to me." There is an area indicated to initial by the client right after that clause in which case Ms. K[redacted] initialed. Note the guarantee specifically is structured around how much weight a client would lose, not "restarting the metabolism" as the client suggest.
The second topic would be the client's appointments. After said client completed their personalized NutriMost Resonant Frequency scan, we scheduled her for her first follow-up appointment on April 6th, 2015 at 5:15 pm. Said client was a "No Show" to that appointment. When a client misses an appointment we call them to reschedule that missed appointment. If they do not answer we leave a message for them to call back to reschedule immediately. When a client starts the program, we give them the manual and journal that's specific to the program that has a sticker on the inside cover with our support line information to call, text or email with any questions, which is XXX-XXX-X*80 and [redacted]@gmail.com. We do have a toll-free number for people to call when they are first inquiring for information and those messages forward to our [redacted]@gmail.com email. Our email line has only 1 record of contact from said client that occurred 08/31/2015 to our X-XXX-XXX-XXXX phone number, not to our support line number. A client must come in for appointments in order for us to get follow up body composition analysis so we can monitor their progress, as well as guide and direct them as needed. At those said appointments, clients also must bring their NutriMost Fat Loss journal with them so we can go through and give any guidance and tips as needed. If a client does not show up to any appointments, we have no way of assisting them really. On June 29th, 2015 Ms. K[redacted] did contact our office's main line expressing disappointment that she is not losing weight. Our staff member who answered the call looked at her file and saw said client had never come in for her first follow-up on April 6th, 2015 and never rescheduled it. So she immediately addressed this and scheduled her for that same day (June 29th, 2015). The client was instructed to bring her journal and weight loss formula with her to the appointment. That client never showed up for that appointment and our office called her on June 30th, 2015 and left a message to reschedule that appointment.
The third topic I would like to address is the client's statement of "....I was told I couldn't go home and think about it I had to sign up then and there." Under no such circumstance would we ever tell a client this. We never force anyone to "sign up" for something or tell them they have to decide right then and there. If someone wants time to think about it we make them a copy of their recommended program with the pricing listed and let them know to contact us with their decision. It definitely saddens us that someone would think we "forced" them to do something they didn't want to do and that they are disappointed in our program. Especially when we get testimonies every day from folks who write positive reviews like [redacted] on 1/11/16 "Happy with results!", [redacted] on 12/30/15 "The weight comes off faster than any other program I've done!", and [redacted] on 1/7/16 "Do it! THE CHANGES LAST!", just as a few examples.
If the client had kept all appointments, bringing their journal with them to those appointments, rescheduled when necessary (as we know unexpected situations arise that may require the need to reschedule), and had used the support line information we provided her with to keep us to date with progress and concerns well before 12-13 weeks after the client told us she was going to start the program (which by then the program would have been done according to when she told us she was planning on starting) then we would have done everything possible to assist this client in obtaining the best results possible. Per our terms of agreement we do not issue refunds or returns: "Due to the proprietary nature of our system and products, once you commit and leave the office, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be given, even if products are unopened." The client initialed right after those two sentences on the Terms of Agreement, leading us to believe she understood the terms of agreement both as we go over them verbally but also asking the client after we verbally go through the Terms of Agreement, ask if they have any questions before they initial and sign. In conclusion, we have fulfilled what we agreed to on our end.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with New Life Chiropractic. The doctors and entire staff are friendly and professional, and they have always made me feel valued. The office is efficient and peaceful. The results of my initial evaluation and treatment plan were thoroughly explained, and I have had amazing results with my treatments. I have had a significant decrease in my migraine headaches and carpal tunnel symptoms, and overall I just feel better. Education is an important part of this practice, and new educational information is available every time I visit. I so appreciate New Life Chiropractic and would recommend them as the first and best step to improving one's health.

This program is truly amazing! I lost 13 lbs in only 21 days! I currently weigh less than I did in high school. The recipes were easy to follow. The food wasnt pre-packaged, processed, shakes or meal bars but real, WHOLE foods that can be found in any grocery store. Everything I ate, my family also enjoyed. I didnt have to special order ANYTHING. Everything I needed for the program was included, or could be found in the Nutrimost office. It was very convenient! I LOVED getting on the scale every morning and seeing how much weight I had dropped in just one day!! Weighing myself was the highlight of my day, everyday! I would recommend this program to ANYONE who wants to lose weight! The staff did a fantastic job of educating me on the technology behind the program as well as the processes and phases of the program. It was very clear and easy to follow. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond via their 24 hour support line! It is a very professional, clean, friendly, christian atmosphere. Nutrimost is located inside New Life Chiropractic Center. My family has been seeing Dr. [redacted] for regular chiropractic care for 4+ years now. My children love going into his office and look forward to seeing him every week!
