Regarding this complaint Ms. [redacted] was taken to small claims court on Sept. 12, 2014. In this matter the judge reviewed the training contract, my credentials, the matter of classes and training materials received, as well as emails sent between me and Ms. [redacted] and ruled in my favor...

by:
*awarding me damages in the amount of $550.
*severing any past agreements(to include training materials, past contracts, etc...)
*dismissing Ms. [redacted] counter-claim requesting a refund or any amount of money whatsoever.
Prior to court Ms. [redacted] was given numerous(3-5) offers to receive various refund amounts(despite my clearly stated no refund policy which she signed and said she agreed to) and refused to take the simple steps necessary to receive said refunds.
Immediately after the hearing Ms. [redacted] stated to me "I'm not going to pay".
Because of all that has transpired I at this time am unable and unwilling to communicate with or offer Ms. [redacted] any further assistance regarding this matter or any matter whatsoever, except what is legally allowed and necessary to collect on her debt. Thank you for your time.
