Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/12/24) */ December 20, 2014, one of my employees revealed to me that a neighbor wanted to speak to meAs this gentleman approached me he asked me what happenI question him as to whatHe then explained about how he came outside that morning to witness his mailbox on the groundI began to ask my employees about the mailbox which they claim to not know anything about the mailboxI then gave the gentleman my business card and stated this is my information if you want to question me laterAfter further talking to this gentleman the mailbox was knocked down the night before I stated to this gentleman that if my employees knocked the mailbox down then we will repair itThe gentleman went back to his house and came back with information about his mailboxI took his information and stated I don't think we're responsible for your mailboxIn that information he had a quote for $which I stated I'm not paying $for a $mailbox that we don't know who knocked downI asked him to call the police because this is not my issue

Manager of business was helpful to meet our schedule as a last minute customer as our lawnmower is In the shop Communicated to let us know schedule of cutting lawn despite the late summer rains

The customer purchase one of my coupons, $For $Tree ServiceI had a hard time contacting this customer to
validate this couponOnce we finally met she explained to me what she wanted done, which included, grinding stumps, trimming tree and planting new treesI sent the customer a proposal which she approved it by signing the proposalWe agreed that she doesn't have to be there while the job is performedDuring the process of completing the job I had a question about how she wanted the trees plantedI called her phone times before I left a message saying I will not complete the job until I hear back from herMoments later I observed a young man coming out the house, I asked him about how to contact the customer regarding the planting of the treesThe young man, who is her son, called her and she answered the phoneShe revealed to him to him how she wanted the trees planted, he relayed the message and showed us personally on where to plant the treesInstead of talking to me she chose to explain to her son on where to plant the treesWe follow the instructions and planted the treesIf that was a problem then we should've been told from the beginning to come back to plant the trees, not explain to your son and he show us! You accepted the proposal by signature to pay when job is completed so New Life Landscaping expects to be paid the full amount that's in the proposal not a percentageAn invoice was sent out 7/22/2015, and there was no response back about paying until I called 8/18/You just can't refuse to pay someone because you don't like the workWe spent time laboring in your yard and should be compensated for that time

The customer purchase a coupon from ***'s *** and didn't get immediate service which is a busy time of the
year for New Life LandscapingWe did schedule this customer for one of the suggested dates they requested, we also removed them from our schedule due to a refund request which ***'s *** ecommerce did refund the customer their moneyThis customer is welcome to call to be rescheduled, however, there is a week waiting list due to the high volume of service request during the holiday seasonI consider this issue being resolved and no case against New Life Landscaping because the customer purchase a deal then was granted a refund at their request

witness his mailbox on the ground. I began to ask my employees about the mailbox which they claim to not know anything about the mailbox. I then gave the gentleman my business card and stated this is my information if you want to question me later. After further talking to this gentleman the mailbox was knocked down the night before.
I stated to this gentleman that if my employees knocked the mailbox down then we will repair it. The gentleman went back to his house and came back with information about his mailbox. I took his information and stated I don't think we're responsible for your mailbox. In that information he had a quote for $500 which I stated I'm not paying $500 for a $200 mailbox that we don't know who knocked down. I asked him to call the police because this is not my issue.

request was to service the back yard and if we have time service the front as well. A total of 4 guys arrived to service this lawn. We service the front and back lawn. The back lawn did have a lot of dog droppings, a lot as we had to tip toe in the back yard. We did run out of time the day before which we reschedule for the next day. Due to us rescheduling I decided to finish the lawn ignoring the dog droppings. We filled up all 5 bags and added our only bag we had. We was about 4 bags short of cleaning all the leaves up.
I'm not going to elaborate on the back and forth phone chats. New Life Landscaping honored the deal and did what we could with what we had. We're not obligated to come back a second time after we did our job the first time. The Deal doesn't include nor pay the guys I have on staff for the time awaiting for bags. A 7,000 square foot back yard will need more than 5 bags if you want your leaves cleaned up. I, the owner, did agree to come back out to haul the leaves away since I had another yard to service in that area. The customer sent a message for us not to come out to His house so I didn't. I was threaten to receive a F review on [redacted]'s [redacted] and a complaint to the Revdex.com. This customer made several complaints which I hate He had to or felt He had to take this route. As far as I'm concerned this case is resolved
