Heat index over 100° ac doesn't work. Pregnant fiance and asthmatic 1 yr old, in household. No help from management or maintenance.I'm staying with my fiance and her mother. Since July 6th,we've made countless calls to the front office, to request maintenance assistance,and the only thing this guy can tell us, is that they have a few people ahead of us, and they'll get around to it when they can. This was July 6th, and we've gotten the same response from them, everyday since then. There's some cocky guy that drives a [redacted],that handles the calls,but never returns them or follow up on complaints. This service is ridiculous!!! We had a contract. We pay the rent, you provide the services that are to be rendered,to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, or face legal action. You will evict people for not paying rent,which is what we're contractually obligated to do, but what do you think happens when you breach the conditions of said contract ? This is the final step,before we officially file a civil suit.Desired SettlementFix our air conditioning. However, please be advised that having an unauthorized occupant ([redacted])in your apartment is a direct violation of your lease agreement. We will reach out to you for the appropriate steps on adding an adult occupant to your lease. I do not live at said address. They have retaliated against a rightful complaint, by issuing a notice of lease violation. This type of behavior will not be tolerated. If they had made the repairs the first three times, the calls were made by the leasee, then it wouldn't have had to be reported. We should be able to contact the Revdex.com, without fear of retaliation. If any further action is taken against my family. I have been calling the office for two weeks to get my air conditioner fixed but all they keep saying is they will get to me, they haven't. Our lake is cleaned out weekly by our maintenance staff. However, the biggest problem with litter in the lake is not knowing where it is coming from. Please let us know if you ever witness someone littering. We have zero tolerance for this and will handle it accordingly. Also, there is a new security team on the property and they are here much longer. They usually are on foot patrol and you should have no problem seeing them on property. As it stands, your air and kitchen faucet have now been repaired. We will get your bedroom doors fixed at our earliest convenience. MaintenanceI have been calling the office to get my heater repaired for about a month. At first they said they would sent someone out to fix. No one ever came. I called and was told they don't repair heaters when the temperatures are the way they are now and that it is cool at night anyway. I have to take chances every night using a dangerous space heater to keep warm. I should be able to run my heater anytime I want to. No HOT WATER IN UNIT.The knob on the tub will not turn off the water. This issue has existed for over 30 days. Do to this continuous flow of water in the bathtub, I DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER. I have informed the management team at [redacted]. I am continuous told by management that the issue will be fixed. If you need video of the issue I can send it by email. It is uninhabitable due to the lack of hot water. I have called the emergency line and it is USELESS. I will continue to call code enforcement until the matter is resolved. I don't know where to start. This company owns a property Eden at Watersedge and they are just low down and trifling. I was on attacked on this property almost died and they wouldn't take any security measures to ensure that I or anybody else would be safe. There are shootings there every weekend. They say they have security I've seen 2 men only twice during the early noon they're supposedly the security but they're liked they are about to commit a crime. When you have a maintenance issue they will never come fix it. They have bed bugs and roaches. You will not see them when they show you the apartment but they're there. And I always pay me rent early they just don't care about nothing and nobody ","neg-1

Ive had this same roof leak in my bedroom for a year and it has been leaking constantly since 12/2015 HAD THE CONSTANT LEAK WHEN IT RAINS SINCE DECEMBER OF 2015. BEEN IN THE RENTAL OFFICE NUMEROUS TIMES. THEY HAVE YET TO FIX THE ISSUE CORRECTLY. I HAVVE THE LEAK IN MY BEDROOM CEILING. The manager did call me on the 15th and I asked about the roofing repair and shampooing the carpet because there was a horrible smell. he informed that the carpet guy will be back out to shampoo it and they will repair the roof such as cut down and replace plywood and any beams. I told him ok. I went to the rental office on 03/21/16 and informed him no one came out to repair the roofing and shampoo the carpet he Patrick said that they are contracted with a company that only comes out on Wednesdays. and he would have someone come out the same day and start on the roof. Well its 03/23/2016 no one has came out or called to let me know when they would be out. As of today there is still mold and mildew on my ceiling and the room still has a horrible smell and the carpet hasn't been shampood or padding replaced. Now, it's getting to hot to even stay here. On today, Wednesday, 07/22/15 I informed them once again about my air. Window or walls have not been repairedI'm not for sure of dates, but I know what and how many times I have called the office to repair their work.. We have had 2 big holes in my hallway wall since after we first moved in.. My kitchen window was broken out and yet no one has come to repair it and I have 2 small children in the home. We were sprayed for bed bugs and were informed that bedbugs had been painted over before we moved in. We were given the balance for everyone who got treated. Now they are saying they will start eviction proceedings if I don't pay the balance by a certain day. I didn't know at all that these apartments had Bed Bugs so bad. They are blaming the residents for the bed bugs. Maintenance and RepairI have been living in these apartments for more than 5 years. Every time management changes the service gets worse. I have been without air for 5 days. I called and reported the issue and was told that they would get to it when they can. I have come home for the past 2 weeks with water standing in my entryway from the washroom. I have called about that and was told that they will get to it when they can. The washing machine hasn't been working for more than a week and has been reported to the office and it still has not been fixed. The ladies in the office are very rude and act very unconcerned.Every time I ask for the corporate office number I'm always told that they don't have a number to give me. Dishwasher, air conditioning and rudeness of staff (Theo Farmer), timely manner of which it takes to fix maintenance issuesI called the office of eden at Watersedge apartments as well as went to the office to complain about maintenance issues. I payed my rent with the issue written on my money order as well. It's 23 days later and the dishwasher is causing an awful odor in my home. I called earlier this week (on a recorded call) and asked about when someone is going to fix the problem. I was told that maintenance is fixing air conditioning units and my problem would be handled. Today I called and spoke with Theo in the office and not only did he tell me that I can not have the corporate number but also after I asked if I could speak with someone else he kept placing me on hold stating the other person was checking voice messages and I have to wait. I've had several maintenance issues over the years. Including but not limited to my air/heat being inoperable during extreme climates. The last time I made a complaint with the corporate branch and eden @ Watersedge I had a letter threatening to evict me for a pet cost that I paid in a timely manner. Even after I paid it still was harassed with threatening eviction letters about the same thing until I threatened them with a law suit for harassment. I pay my rent on time EVERY month. There's no excuse for any maintenance issue not being handled by a model resident! I have company visiting from out of town for the holidays and my home stinks! So embarrassed and stressed by this issue. I love my apartment but sadly to say I'm going to seek another resident because of the staff's misconduct and maintenance issues. I Do not recommend anyone moving here and dealing with the things I've been subjected to all because staff doesn't want to do what the tenants are paying for.Desired SettlementA new dishwasher that I can use because this one has been worked on numerous of times and keeps breaking and getting stopped up.
