I originally called New Life Roofing to schedule an appointment for a repair to my kitchen ceiling. Upon first calling the two females I spoke to were very nice and took my information down and told me that I would receive a call back by the end of that business day to schedule. I didn't hear back that same day so I called again the following afternoon and was told the same thing, that I would receive a call by the end of the day and they would find out why the gentlemen had not called me to schedule yet. A week goes by and I still haven't heard back, so I call again. The girl that answered the phone told me she would send my contact information to her supervisor and he would call me as soon as he could. A couple days go by and I still hadn't received a call from someone to schedule or the supervisor. I try one final time to call back and get this scheduled and once again I am told I will hear back that day from the supervisor. Thiw was two weeks ago and I have never received a phone call. I understand companies getting busy but it shouldn't be a two and a half week process to get a phone call back to schedule. I think it is highly unprofessional and makes customers feel as though our business is not important enough. If I can't trust you to call me back why would I trust you to work on my home?

Total professionalism in discussing my options; the work that was done was not rushed and completed above standards! All the workers are employed by New Life Roofing thus no subcontractors. At the end of the job, the manager comes out to inspect and ensures all work was completed and to my satisfaction. I didn't pay a dime until all the work was done. This is a company ALL should go to if you need a roofing.
