This company offers to professionally repair leather. The owner is a talented man who does not take enough pride in his work to do a complete job. He says he quoted a repair, and did only that, leaving me with a chair that I expected to be refurbished, now it is both a beauty and a beast. The seat is beautiful, the arms are beautiful, and the back cushion is faded and dry. What am I supposed to do now? He had to know how it would turn out. Why would he set me up for that?
