Review: I went to the company on 8/3/15 to have my car detailed at which time their employee ([redacted]) broke my car key in the ignition. The shop manager ([redacted]) and I signed an agreement stating that his employee did break the key. He advised me to process through my insurance and they will reimburse me. The next morning I contacted my insurance company because the key would no longer worked so I couldn't go to work until I got a rental car (which my insurance paid for). My car was towed to [redacted] that evening and the insurance adjuster was scheduled to go out that Fiday (8/7/15) to see if the ignition was damaged as well. On that Friday the insurance adjuster provided [redacted] (the Business Manager) with the estimate. On 8/13/15 I went to see [redacted] to get a check or have him pay the dealer for the key. He continued to give me the run around and so I told him I had to leave because the dealer was closing and I needed my car and I also had to return the rental car. This all took plce even after he produced the coy of the estimate. I was not given a check nor did he accompany me to the dealer to retrieve my vehicle. I told him I would file a small claim with the courts. I went to the dealer and paid approximately $272 dollars for the keys. I never heard anything else from the Company. I called them on 9/2/15 before filing this claim to attempt to settle this debt, but to no avail. [redacted] (the receptionist ) said either [redacted] or [redacted] would call me back but 4 hours later still nothing. So here I am filing a claim with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the damages and my car wash that I was unable to enjoy since I couldn't drive my car for 10 days as it set at the dealer. I would also like a written apology.
