receipts)*** *** contacted us and said the sectional sofa was irritating her skinWe told her of our "no return' policy but told her since she was being reasonable we would make an exception to our policy and would grant her a CONDITIONAL refundThat we would put it back in our show room and whatever it sold at we would give her as a refundShe understood that because she said that would be no problem because someone else was interested in the sofa at the same time she bought itI sent my guys to her house to pick it up at my expenseWhen we got the sofa back, one of the cushions had had its cover removed and the zipper was ripped out of the coverSo we were unable to put the item back on the floor until we were able to have the zipper repairedOnce the zipper was repaired put it back on the sales floorThe item eventually sold on October 17, for $with $worth of discounts applied so the net price was $I was informed of the sale and called *** *** on October, to let her know and told her we would send her the full $despite the fact that the sofa after the cushion damage only yielded $Two days after that I received your letter.Obviously, the complaint should be disposed of since the customer received what she desiredMoreover, the customer was treated with exceptional customer service as she had no legal right to the many blessed benefits she received from us.Sincerely,David C

I payed for a sectional sofa set 8/2/The sectional was returned 9/12/2016.After many phone calls to the store.And speaking to the owner,MrDavid and the managerI was told I would get my money back.So far I have not gotten my money back.After MrDavid send his workers to pithe sectional 9/12/I called to make sure everything was fineHe stated that I now had to wait for them to resale the sectional sofaBefore I would be able to get my refund.This was never stated to me before.They have their product and my moneyHow is it that they can do this.The reason for the return is the my skin started itching.And my skin broke out in boils
