New Line Collision

At this time, I have been contacted directly by New Line Collision regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] My car was given back from [redacted] to new line collision after land rover found a few damaged... parts that were not replaced by new line collision but had been already payed to new line collision by [redacted] ***. [redacted] refused to pay twice for the same parts and land rover was estimating the damages to close to 8,000 dollars. New line owner jesus aka angel told me he was not responsible for that bill and said the only way my car can get repaired would be bringing it back to new line collision. I had no other choice left. As of now I have been waiting going on three months without my vehicle and still having to make car payments for close to 1000 dollars for almost three months. I have suffered so much from this abuse mentally, have had depresion over it. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. Sincerely, [redacted]
