False soliciting
I was interrupted at work by a man named Harley in scrubs who presented this offer valued At $400 for $65 I paid cash and didn't get a receipt and blame myself for that although I do have the transaction on store cameras. I went to the nearby location to book an appointment and was told I would need to have my cavity fixed my cavity's fixed before they can give me the whitening trays after I argued that was not made clear they said OK you don't need to have your cavities fixed as long as you sign a waiver that you may occur damage and sensitivity. I showed up the next day for my appointment they finished the x-rays then the dentist came in and told me it would be $900 for a deep cleaning which is mandatory as well as need my cavities fixed after I argued what the ladies told me yesterday she left the room and never came back.. Then another person came in and said I don't need to have my cavities fixed But I need to pay $65 for the voucher I explained that I already paid the man who came into the store which is why he gave me the voucher and we both filled it out they argued that was not proof and refused service until they can contact him and verify payment. I am out $60. I offered to send the video proof of the transaction but was told it wouldn't suffice
False soliciting

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[The woman, [redacted] , who sold me this Teeth Whitening sold it to me under a impressionShe was soliciting on grounds that she had NO BUSINESS soliciting on, and therefore I feel very misleadI, under no circumstances plan to use this service and transfer it to anyoneI just want my money back, especially in today';s environment where money is hard to come byI cannot afford to pay $64.99!!!!.] Regards, [redacted]

I just bought two non-refundable teeth whitening offers from one of your sales representativesAfter researching what I purchased it does not deem to be anything close to what was presented by your sales representative
I was promised by your sales representative that you had just opened an office in our business complex and were looking to offer a special promotion to the other tenants within the complexIt was my understanding that your practice was within walking distance of our office and hence the reason the sales rep was wearing scrubs
After researching your organization it was revealed to me that none of this is trueI looked into the local dental offices near meNeither of them were even in the same city nor did they have a respectable rating online
Because this promotion was falsely advertised by your organization I ask for a simple refund of the money for services not rendered and falsely advertisedConsidering my card was charged less than hours ago I thought this would be a simple requestWhen my credit card company and I reached out to your organization we were informed by the secretary that she is unable to help and simply offered an email address to send my dispute toSo here I am emailing you to simply refund the transaction for the reasons above
I already assume your response to this complaint will be something along the lines of "well you signed a non-cancelable agreement with the terms clearly stated on the voucher." What I signed does not negate the fact that you have sales reps out in the field falsely marketing your business services and I assume you train them to do soThat is unless you take this opportunity to make right and refund the money many of us work really hard for and don't wish to spend on services that make us feel cheated
My next course of action is filing a complaint to the Revdex.com, once the pending charge clears my account I will dispute it and most likely file an attorney general if this is not addressed within the next hours

All I can say is you did not address anything about your employee Rachel lying and deceiving me at my place of employment, were I have phones ring and a lot of things going on.  She is just a commission employee and she can say anything she wants and that is OK with your company. Word of mouth is the best advertisement , people that are treated right will tell two people and people that are lied and deceived will tell many people. We sent your collection agency your check , now your lying employee can get her commission.  Thank You [redacted]

I just bought two non-refundable teeth whitening offers from one of your sales representatives. After researching what I purchased it does not deem to be anything close to what was presented by your sales representative.

I was promised by your sales representative that you had just opened an office in our business complex and were looking to offer a special promotion to the other tenants within the complex. It was my understanding that your practice was within walking distance of our office and hence the reason the sales rep was wearing scrubs.

After researching your organization it was revealed to me that none of this is true. I looked into the local dental offices near me. Neither of them were even in the same city nor did they have a respectable rating online.

I am sorry but Rachel was extremely offended by the comments. The voucher is extremely clear as to what you get. There are even pictures of trays. I suppose anyone can say someone just lied but you did read and sign the terms that you had read and understood everything as well. At this point you still have our voucher and haven't even made an attempt to return it. There was never any call made to us or anything. So we have the right to collect on a bad check. We have not been paid. We would be willing to ask the collection company if they will release it if you return the voucher. Fair?

Rachel does in fact do the marketing for our dental offices.  The offer is in writing and extremely clear as to whats included. The customer must initial the rules of use in two places in order to sign up and purchase a voucher.  The vouchers are non refundable however are transferable....

The patient has 6 months to use the voucher - not 60 days as they have said. There is no where on the voucher or terms that explains a "light procedure", this is for whitening trays and gel with a check up. We have not been paid for the voucher and no one has contacted us or made any good faith effort to explain the non payment. All we know is that a customer bounced a check and still has an active voucher on them. Once we attempt contact with no avail we submit any bad payments to a 3rd party to attempt to collect. We would love to make this right for the customer and have them with a great experience. But as of right now we are the victims of not being paid. If we can get that cleared up we will do what ever we can to hep out.

We are very sorry for any misunderstanding. However the vouchers are EXTREMELY detailed and clear as to what is included with pictures to boot. They have absolutely nothing to do with anyones insurance! They are teeth whitening vouchers that include exam, x-rays, and  the trays and gel. The...

customer has to sign the rules and term of use in not one but TWO places. They are not refundable as stated in the terms, however they can transfer it to someone else if they choose to. The cost to do whitening is regularly $400 plus, and the customer got a voucher for the process for $64.99! So we hope that you use and enjoy the process.
