This company obviously does not care about th condition of their rental properties, because when we moved into our rental house it was absolutely FILTHY, our shower would not drain AT ALL and with small children that require baths this is a MAJOR problem!! It took an entire WEEK just to get in touch with our rental agenct, Connie, then another week for a plumber to come out and take care of the problemWithin the first month alone we had to call and report or different problems with the home/plumbingAnd the only way to report a maintenance issue is to literally hand fill out a paper maintenance request form and take it to their office!!! It's that's just unexceptableWe have NEVER been able to get in touch with our listing agent by phone, she will never pick up or call us back she will only respond with text messagesThe only way to pay rent is by depositing money into their bank account at Wells Fargo who is not open Saturdays at all, so if you happen to get paid on Friday's and have to work like MOST people you have to pay a late fee that is charged each day the rent is lateI would strongly advise people to rent from literally ANY OTHER rental company but beware of New Location Realty!!
