The job was roofing. We had a super professional crew that showed up on time and were very competent. Our product consultant, Charlie and the supervisor, Dan were up front, informative, and made sure with many walk-arounds to make certain that our dogs would no debris in their paws. Everyone was clean and courteous. After many estimates, they gave us the best value and product that we could have hoped for.
I have used New Look various times. When there was a huge storm a few months ago, New Looks owner Mr L[redacted] returned my call right away. His crew came out and accessed that damage and fixed our siding and our roof issue. We were so pleased. In addition part of our roofing flew off due to yet another storm a few years ago..once again our issue was resolved with expertise.
Their work is impeccable and I would not use any company besides them
We had a roof job completed on May 2, 2016. The job was slightly unusual due to a deck that partially sat on the roof. New Look came up with a plan to be able to complete the roof and protect the deck. New Look was the only company that was willing to have a plan. I would highly recommend this company. From the contact person (Charlie), to the foreman (Dan) to the workers, New Look is very organized and true to their word. The workers arrived around 7ish a.m. and did not leave until all the work was completed and the clean up was completed. The workers were very diligent with taking care of our property. If you have a project I suggest you contact New Look. You will not be disappointed.
