I am currently a tenant at Waters Edge ApartmentsAt the end of March I reported a mold and roach problem to the officeI was assured that everything was going to be fixed and resolved shortlyUltimately, the roach problem has been semi fixed but roaches are still present in the apartment every now and againHowever, as of today the black mold issue has never been addressed by the officeI followed up with several written statements and trips to the office as well as phone callsThe office manager is very condescending and rudeShe basically told me that she knew how to do her job and they would get to it in timeThis past weekend another rather large area of mold was discovered in one of bedroomsI once again went to the office and reported the mold but the treatment I am now receiving from most of the office staff is rather hostileI even suggested to the office to allow me to terminate my lease, which ends at the end of June, early or to kindly move me to a mold free unit
I have been having many issues with the property manager at these apartments She is very rude and never returns calls like she should The maintenance crew don't even do their jobs right They are under new management and they act like they are trying to better the community but they are not doing anything that they say The maintenance crew came in to do some repairs and they didn't even fix everything that I had requested and didn't leave any paperwork as to what repairs were done or any kind of notice that they entered my apartment The list can go on and on about this place I have been putting up with this for a while already so now I'm filing a complaint They have so many bad reviews on google so I know I'm not the only person dealing with issues I just feel like I shouldn't have to pay as much money as I do for this place and also the manager was basically saying that I'm stuck with living there because I'm in a lease However, I have mold in my apartment and also
