I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1***, and find that this resolution will be satisfactory IF the windows get installed before spring, (as they are still not yet installed), and that my rear door is replaced with a working, non airy oneThe door we were provided with and installed by north tech freezes shut as well as the inside pain collects water and freezes in the bottomI have notified north tech of this through a women named TatianaThe only issue I would have is is they do not replace this door as it clearly is not doing it’s job for being brand newI have included pictures
