[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The reply is untrue and inaccurateIt wasn't a same day request for a scheduleIt was close to weeks of trying and being asked to keep on waitingAnd I requested the refund, not them initiating it [redacted] contacted me to give me a choice to take my money and look for another place that offers the same serviceAgain, they should not be rude and be respectful of customersIf they don't know how to communicate appropriately then they should find ways to improve their customer service Regards, [redacted]

From: Madhavi R [redacted] Date: Tue, Jul 18, at 11:AMSubject: Case Number [redacted] To: [redacted] Hello Ms [redacted] , This is the response to case number [redacted] The client used her first [redacted] on Wednesday May 17th at 9:AMAfter the session, she scheduled appointments for Sunday May 21st 2017, Monday May 22nd as per appointment book recordsWhen it came time for her appointment, she did not show up for her scheduled times nor was there any attempts to communicate her inability to either reschedule or cancel the appointmentsWe offered her multiple days and times in order to work with her schedule but by this point her and her husband threatened to contact [redacted] and complainWithout letting us rectify the situation she demanded a refund from our business after repeatedly telling her that due to her purchasing her voucher through [redacted] she must contact them in regards to her refundAfter countless amount of times telling her that we do not handle the vouchers or payments directly she threatened to report us to the BB and as a result received the letter from your organization Thank you, New Look Medi SpaPhone: [redacted]

We got your letter regarding [redacted] She bought Laser Hair Removal deal through [redacted] She called us and need service on the same day Our Springfield location is working on appointment basis only We are trying to explain her and she is not ready to listen what we are trying to say? We call [redacted] on the same day and explained them We can't provide service whenever customer need, they should support our technicians also I hope you understand our problem They are not respecting our employees Some of the customers are giving tough time [redacted] refunded her money on 09/16/2107.Regards,Jan R [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The reply is untrue and inaccurate. It wasn't a same day request for a schedule. It was close to 4 weeks of trying and being asked to keep on waiting. And I requested the refund, not them initiating it. [redacted] contacted me to give me a choice to take my money and look for another place that offers the same service. Again, they should not be rude and be respectful of customers. If they don't know how to communicate appropriately then they should find ways to improve their customer service.
