Ms [redacted]I review this complain regarding New Look Salon about the issue of Microblading. We had done so many clients and never had complain on that issue before, its looks totally false complain. Don’t know why that client came up with that. We have procedure to follow at salon.? We have the price...

clearly posted on web site at [redacted] . Face book promotions, google promotions. We had that posted in salon clearly.? We tell our customer when they book appointment, you can conduct any mystery caller to verify. We explain our customer clearly, e.g “we are running promotion on Microblading $[redacted] off of regular price no touch up include and touch up starts from [redacted]” that’s usually our wording. And also when we book appointment for touchups we tell customer touchups stats from [redacted] and also text customers reminding their appointment date and time along the touchup price.? And we never in past and will include the Touch up for Microblading regular price, the reason not including Touch Ups is, not all the customer need for Touch Up, so why we charge customer before the service in our salon policy it’s a rip-off we charge the customer for the service they don’t need it.? Last thing, because touchups starts from [redacted] and goes up according to clients need, when customer comes for Touchups we look at customer Brows and price the touchup, before we start procedure on customer we tell them today touchup price is [redacted], [redacted] Depending upon what they need, if customer agree then we start.We are in business more than 8 year, this location is 2 year old we never had complain like this. There are couple of salon in Richmond doing microblading include touchups but there price is $[redacted] to [redacted]0. She might be confused with them, but on behalf of NL-Salon we ensure that we tell customer all the information above. I have no clue how that customer came up with that. NL-Salon Charged [redacted] for the service performed on her, and she was informed right before the touchup service that for today Microblading touchup cost you [redacted] and she agreed.
