The product on the referenced order is a special item that is not generally kept in stock, but rather is printed on-demand by the publisher. As such there is often a delay before we can ship those types of products. We do have a notice posted on that item's product page indicating that... it is a special item and that there may be a delay of several weeks. We are including a screen shot of the product page as a reference.As is stated on our website custom print items aren't eligible for returns, but since it hasn't yet shipped we can honor the customers request for a refund. The order will be cancelled and a full refund issued back to the credit/debit card used for the initial purchase.We are sorry for the apparent confusion about the status of that item.

We have actually already spoken to this customer via e-mail and I believe we were able to satisfy all of their requests I have confirmed that a refund has been issued for the cancelled product, and we have re-shipped the other product that was apparently lost in transit The replacement
shipment is being sent out today via USPS Priority Mail, tracking number ***, and should arrive in business days

After reviewing our records there appears to have been some miscommunication between ourselves and our supplier The purchased items were out of stock at the time the order was placed, and since 2-day shipping was selected we made arrangements with the publisher to have them shipped directly
to the customer We don't have a record of any e-mails being received from the customer after 4/16, which we do have a record of responding to.After we received the original complaint from the Revdex.com we reached out to the publisher to find out what happened with the order and why it wasn't shipped out We were then informed that a couple of the items on the order had been discontinued A review of our records indicate that a full credit was issued back to the card holder on 05/29, and if necessary we can provide a record of the refund/credit.Please let us know if we can provide any additional information

Unfortunately there was a delay in shipping on the publisher's end and so there was a delay with shipping on our end. I never received any emails from her, but the customer did call, however she did not call during office hours, so no one was hear to answer the phone. I have issued a full refund and...

Review: Paul G[redacted] cut down a tree and hauled it away on 8/24/15 during the process while his men were dragging the tree limbs to the street to haul away they broke down a small 4 foot tree type shrub. When I told him about it and showed him the 50 dollars receipt (I still have the receipt) for the small tree he said he would replace it. I agreeded that all he needed to do was get the tree and I would plant it. He said he would get the tree and call me and let it in my drive way. I gave him the paper off the tree so he could get the right one. After a few weeks I got hold of him by phone and he told me he was having trouble getting a replacement. I responded by telling him he could just drop off the 50 dollars that the tree cost and I would take care of it. After that I tried calling him many times and he will not call me back maybe you will have better luck because he will not respond to me.
