Review: I purchase a over the range microwave in 2009 along with warranty.in august contact Lowe's warranty dept and was given an appointment for September 2nd for service..they call that day and cancel parts not available. October 4th got a email stating they will be refunding a gift card for $226 the amount of the microwave within 7-10 business days. To this day I have not receive a gift card or check I request after contacting them several time regarding this refund...spoke to customer service reps,supervisors ([redacted] & [redacted]) and manager [redacted] who told me he will over night a check to me...still waiting a week later.Desired Settlement: full refund
