I paid $on 5-1-for my monthly insurance I then called back to cancel membership due to inappropriate billing from Phs Indian HospitalI wanted a refund and they said they would send me a prorated reimbursement I did not want or use their services after 5-1-No refund yetI
called back and cancelled on 5-1-

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I am still receiving bills from *** *** ***
I spoke to Crystal in billing there this morning Their last communication from NMHC was 5/10/saying I do owe a *** for an *** service on 12/22/
In repeated communications with NMHC, they state I do not owe a *** for ***s
Therefore, it appears NMHC have rectified the erroneous bill from the *** *** *** *** but not the on from *** *** ***
In the meantime, my credit score dropped from ### to ### during the time that the *** *** *** *** sent me to a collection agency due to NMHC's error
In addition, despite my having called, NMHC is sending mail to an address that is not my mailing address My mailing address is *** *** ***, *** ***, **, ***-***
Calling to point this out seems to have no effect at all since they already assured me they had my correct mailing address
So, no, the matter is not yet resolved and is still taking up a great deal of time on my part
