Here is a copy of the signed contractIt clearly states that all cancellations for the ten day trial must be provided in writing in person or by certified mailWe never received either of these and were only informed verbally that she wanted to cancel approximately weeks after the trial had endedAt that point it was too late so we asked her to follow the terms of the contract which state to provide us with a day written cancellation notice and pay the early termination feeShe still choose not to follow the terms of the agreement and never even provided us with a cancellation noticeNor did she ever return the uniformLegally we have every right to collect the funds due to us within the agreement but we have chosen to cancel her out and wipe our hands of the matterWe have tried many times to assist her but she refuses to communicate with us so there is little we are able to do to helpWe have honestly tried to assist her and do not fully understand how this situation has occurredIt is true that in years of business we have had over students and never encountered this situationWe are still available to assist her in any way we can

In response to this erroneous complaint none of this is true [redacted] signed her daughter up for the free ten day trailAfter the trial she chose to continue with the programWe have evidence by both her never filling out a ten day trial cancellation form and a conversation claiming she wanted her daughter to continue classesUnfortunately her daughter was having issues in school and she decided to retain her from classes for one week but told us she wanted her to remain enrolled at the academyAbout two weeks later she decided to disenroll her child (approx weeks after her trial ended and she became a member)We informed her that she was bound to the agreement she signed and she felt that she should not be held to her legal obligation and chose to post a complaint We tried to contact her with both documented emails and phone calls in order to solve the problem, unfortunately she never returned our calls nor responded by emailWe have done our best to help [redacted] but she refuses to communicate and we have all evidence of her legal obligation documented if it is ever neededWe are saddened by this type of response and hope that we can help her in any way possibleOnce again we reach out to her and ask her to contact us so we can settle this dispute cordially

Here is a copy of the signed contract. It clearly states that all cancellations for the ten day trial must be provided in writing in person or by certified mail. We never received either of these and were only informed verbally that she wanted to cancel approximately 2 weeks after the trial had ended. At that point it was too late so we asked her to follow the terms of the contract which state to provide us with a 30 day written cancellation notice and pay the early termination fee. She still choose not to follow the terms of the agreement and never even provided us with a cancellation notice. Nor did she ever return the uniform. Legally we have every right to collect the funds due to us within the agreement but we have chosen to cancel her out and wipe our hands of the matter. We have tried many times to assist her but she refuses to communicate with us so there is little we are able to do to help. We have honestly tried to assist her and do not fully understand how this situation has occurred. It is true that in 9 years of business we have had over 1000 students and never encountered this situation. We are still available to assist her in any way we can

In response to this erroneous complaint none of this is true. [redacted] signed her daughter up for the free ten day trail. After the trial she chose to continue with the program. We have evidence by both her never filling out a ten day trial cancellation form and a conversation claiming she wanted her...

daughter to continue classes. Unfortunately her daughter was having issues in school and she decided to retain her from classes for one week but told us she wanted her to remain enrolled at the academy. About two weeks later she decided to disenroll her child (approx 3 weeks after her trial ended and she became a member). We informed her that she was bound to the agreement she signed and she felt that she should not be held to her legal obligation and chose to post a complaint.  We tried to contact her with both documented emails and phone calls in order to solve the problem, unfortunately she never returned our calls nor responded by email. We have done our best to help [redacted] but she refuses to communicate and we have all evidence of her legal obligation documented if it is ever needed. We are saddened by this type of response and hope that we can help her in any way possible. Once again we reach out to her and ask her to contact us so we can settle this dispute cordially

Date Sent: 10/19/2015 12:26:49 PMComplaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I called and had spoken to Matt stating we wouldNot be back before the 10 day trial had ended and the money was still taken out. On the contract it clearly states you can get your money back and they have not done so. He keeps saying to contact them but I no longer wish to speak with them. I will be glad to send the Revdex.com a copy of the contact if needed. Regards,[redacted]Date Sent: 10/19/2015 6:03:19 PMThis is where they took the money out. I tried attaching more than one item but it wouldn't let me. At this point it doesn't matte what was said, there is a 100% money back guarantee. My daughter never came back to the school even before the 10 day trial needed. I called more than once but was not satisfied with the answers given to me. They also sent me messages stating this is the first time in 9 years they have ever had a complaint. To me they are bullying me because I was unhappy. Date Sent: 10/20/2015 2:46:23 PMI called to speak with someone about canceling my continued membership with the academy on September 28th and I spoke with Matt. He said he needed to speak with Justin about how they wanted to go about it. My daughter had never returned back to the academy after her 10 day trial had ended. He said he would call me back the next morning. After I didn't hear from them 2 days later I called back and Matt told me I had to come in to cancel and I would have to pay a fee, I was extremely upset because my daughter never came back. Later in the day Justin had called me and left a message but I wanted nothing more to do with them. He still insisted I come in and talk with them but I literally cannot get there. On the contract it clearly states 100% guaranteed free 10 day trail. Obviously not! I paid for the uniform in full and was told if I wants my money back for that I just had to bring it in washed. Im not asking for my money for the uniform. I just want the money that was taken from my account for the month of training my daughter never used. I do not want any contact from this buisness any longer!!!!!
