I've spoken with the customer about this situation Customers total balance due was $dollars she paid a amount lesser than what would required to get her services reinstated so I explained if I put the payment through her services would not reactivated and that she was welcome to pick up her
refund which she refused so we applied her funds to her account Her account has been credit with the amount she paid still not getting her services reactivated so I really don't understand the complaint by the customer everything's been credited to her account

I refused to deal with this customer for reason is because his personal attacks on me and my company and ive never met the man in person only his rude comments and yelling over the phone 2nd I paid his personal friend which was a saleman at the time for our company to take of this matter which
he stated he did his name is *** *** from gallup nm I also hired some one to go and give me a estimate for this gentleman and because I found him off angies list he refused to let the gentleman in the door I am trying to hire a local contractor here in abq to go out there and give me a estimate

1st off , we don't send customers gifts cards [redacted] , 2nd we don't charge customers there monthly bill so at this time we don't give refunds for bills that come directly from the [redacted] the service provider . Ms [redacted] signed a 2 contract with [redacted] . All we do is provide the service and provide...

installation . We give a 90 day warranty on the installation and this is true Pamela is no longer a sales associate so I have no way of justifying ms [redacted]s story . We do charge a non refundable $35 activation fee for our services I am not sure what associate would ask for a debit card for $42 dollars for we don't ask for a debit after the initial application process which is part of [redacted] mandatory requierment to have a valid bank debit or credit card . I feel as if the customer should contact [redacted] is she never received a gift card and then again those were based off the level of credit the customer possess which a lot of the times in this areas . Please advice customer to call [redacted] for and gift cards or refunds on her account,
