We have not heard from the customerIf the customer would like to contact us so we can try to help him out with our resources we will be more than happy to do so

On December 8, 2015 [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from New Millennium Auto Sales. Before purchase Mr. [redacted] wanted a few repairs before buying the vehicle. There was a "we owe" that Mr. [redacted] signed so that the work would be completed. It was to be run through the shop and...

have the fenders painted. New Millennium Auto Sales does not paint vehicles so the [redacted] was sent to [redacted] where they did the best in repairing the rust spots. The customer was informed prior to and upon receiving the vehicle back that the rust would not simply go away being a 2000 vehicle but would slow down the process and make the vehicle look better. New Millennium also had the vehicle in their repair facility. The Jeep had the following check in, oil change, front brake, front rotors, rear main seal was leaking and that seal was replaced and a air filter. Mr. [redacted] has called the dealership several times after purchase. He did speak with Tim H[redacted]. Mr [redacted] informed Mr. H[redacted] that he was satisfied with all that New Millennium Auto Sales had promised him.

Ami S[redacted] has also spoke with the customer. Mr. [redacted] informed her he was satisfied with repairs and was planning on fixing things on the Jeep that it was a project he wanted to do.

On March 18 Mr. [redacted] also called to the dealership. Informed my salesman that the rust and rear seal were not completed. My salesman informed him all repairs were completed on the vehicle. He asked to speak with the owner who was not in at the time. Mr. [redacted] the proceeded to call back 5 times within 30 minutes.
If transmission went out as well New Millennium was not informed of that problem. We tried to help and offered the best price for any future repairs for our customers.

This vehicle was sold "AS IS". Attached is all paperwork supporting repairs and original documents from time of purchase.

Review: When I purchased the vehicle I counter offered and he came back to me and said thàt he would fix the two rost spots and fix the rear pinion seal thàt was leaking...I agreed to that offer and the price stayed the same... Well they lied to me about fixing the pinion seal, never fixed...and the rust well they just painted over it...the transmission is done and right after I bought it the brake lines bust on me...I know own a car that I was relieing on for doctors... I am disabled and they took advantage of me...the owner will not talk to me, I always get transferred to someone who takes a message and that all I think...Desired Settlement: I just want what is fair and what they said they would fix, nothing else...

Review: I brought a used truck from this dealership it was a [redacted] with 185k miles they told me it was an As Is sale but I had nothing to worry about because their shop had checked it over and everything checked out good,so they kept hassling me to buy it calling me every single day so I went on and purchased the truck because I did liked it, before I even got it home now mind you I only live about 15 minutes away I brought the truck around 5pm on a monday I replaced a head light on it before I even got it home no big deal right boy was I wrong, tuesday morning around 10am I drove it 8 miles up the street to a daycare to check my daughter in and the service 4wd light comes on the dash so I called the guy back and and they said they would get the light turned off ( not fix the problem but turn it off so I talked them into replacing the switch and that fixed the issue. 8 days later on my way to work the transmission breaks down, and when I called them about the issue they basically told me thats your problem .............I paid 8 thousand dollars cash for a problem they knew was there and sold it to me anyway........there's no way possible my truck was checked over they sold me a lemon that gave up on me in 8 daysDesired Settlement: I HONESTLY JUST WANT THE LOCAL CONSUMER TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS THIS DEALERSHIP IS SELLING, THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS BUYING AND I DONT WANT THEM TO CHEAT ANYONE ELSE OUT OF THIER MONEY, THIS MAY NOT SOUND LIKE A BIG ISSUE TO MOST BUT THIS COULD HAPPEND TO YOU OR SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU THIS COMPANY SOLD ME A LEMON KNOWING IT HAD ISSUES AND THE TRUCK DIDNT LAST 8 DAYS AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM SO I GOTTA COME UP WITH MORE MONEY
