On February 10, we signed a contract with ARS to do some repairs on our sidingBecause he (ARS, John V***) had worked on our neighbors house several years before we agreed to give him money for materials This man had more excuses than a year old as to why the work wasn't being done + months later ARS, John V***, agrees to end the contract and return the moneyA partial payment was made to us with a promise we'd receive the rest the next week
We ended up having to take him to Small Claims CourtAlthough we won we still have not received the money

*** ***, New Millennium Building Engineers, came to our house to evaluate our foundation cracks He is a very affable and pleasant man He thoroughly inspected our foundation, both inside and outside the house, and discussed the nature of the cracks with us, as well as how to address them Within a couple of days, he sent us a detailed report that summarized his findings We found his fee to be very reasonable It was very apparent that he is extremely knowledgeable about foundation issues and how to resolve them When someone provides us with outstanding service, as *** did, I like to let others know I recommend him whole-heartedly

I stood in Mr. [redacted] driveway with the roofer ready to do the work the next day and explained that an elderly gentleman down the road had an emergency roof that needed to go on...

and could he go before Mr. [redacted]. He said that would be okay. Mr. [redacted] has never once called me and said he didn't want me to do the work.
Due to the face Mr. [redacted] accusations and threats are always made to third parties, I have decided to let our attorney handle this situation. That way, the desired result for all parties can be achieved.
