I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
As is visible on the *** *** *** MunireUSA provided, the shipment was delivered and retrieved by *** meaning I never received itOn July 1st, I got the following email from the company:> Dear Mr***:>> We have failed a claim with *** regarding your packageIt will take from to business days to received an answer from them.> As soon as we get an answer from *** we will either reship your order or refund the money to your credit card.> We apologize for the inconvenience.>> SUPPORT TEAM> www.munireusa.comA screenshot of the same email is attached as evidenceMunireUSA promised to either re-ship or refund the order, saying nothing about having to get a favorable response from *** I ask that the company keep this promise

A full refund is being made to the customer. There was  a simple misunderstanding with the support staff here. This complaint only deals with a NON delivered order - Hence the customer has not received any merchandise.
