Review: This a product/refund issue. I took my 2008 BMW to this shop to get my rear window lip fairing painted and installed. I was told it will take a day because the paint had to be ordered from the BMW dealer. I returned with the car the shop installed it on the vehicle. Left the shop and the lip fairing came off and it was painted the wrong paint color. The color was not the color of the car nor was it from the BMW dealer as alleged by the business. I called the shop and they refuse to refund me my money nor was they willing to try and resolve this matter. I took the lip fairing to another shop and had it reinstalled the correct way and painted with the correct color from the BMW dealer. Now I am out of my money twice.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund. This business did not provide the product or services that I paid for.

To Whom it May Concern, I [redacted] serviced [redacted] 2008 silver BMW rear window lip for painting. I matched the.color of the paint from the coler code on the engine from his car. He did not mention that he wanted the paint to come from BMW directly which would have taken more time to repaint the lip and would have cost him about $80 more. [redacted] was already complaining about the price that was made to him. After the car was completed he came for his car and was satisfied at that time. About 4 days after he brought it back and I painted the lip piece all over again and wrapped it up the second time and gave it to him directly. I did not put the piece onto the car the second time around. [redacted] never called me or came back to my shop. I aim to please ever one of my customers and if I had known that he wasnt satisfied I would have done everything I would have done eveything possible to make [redacted] satisfied. I will be happy to try and repaint the lip one more time. But I will not be able to refund him his money

[redacted] is not telling the truth. He told me he had to get the paint from the BMW dealer. I went back to the shop the next day not 4 days later because the fairing came off my car the same day as soon as I reached home from his shop. I don't want him to touch my car anymore I had my car done somewhere else already I just want my refund because I paid for this matter twice.

As I stated before I can not refund him his money but I will extend the offer one more time as I stated before I will repair/repaint his item. Iam a very busy business oener and I will not continue to keep going back and forth with this situation. I will like this matter closed as there is nothing else that I csn offer to him
