First, sorry for responding a bit late; I was out of town for a week.nevertheless, here is how it happened A guy came in to the store, accusing us that we broke his remote for to his vehicle Obviously very upset and hostile by using a four letter language Whenever, we were informed of creating a such damage, we normally request an accussar to complete the damage report first in order that we can keep it for our record and to further investigate Second, we take a photo of subjected damage (mostly the body...in this case, was a remote fob) He refused to complete the form and did not want us to take a photo of his fobSince he handed me the fob at first, I took a photo of it which I am attaching a photo copy When this complaint was reported to me that day, I told him that it is impossible that we broke his fob because when the customer comes in for car wash, normally we turn off the engine at the vaccume area, after vaccume, we turn on the car and move it to our prepping area Then, we turn off the engine before we send the car to our conveyor/tunnel Once car is out of washing tunnel, we turn on the engine once again and we then move it to the hand dry area All this time, the fob is kept inside of the vehicle Once the car reaches to the final drying areaOnce arrived, we turn off the engine and put the keys/remote on the top of the rear driver's side tire to avoid self-lock Also, according to our staff, we never either wet the fob or drp the fob during this process How can we possibly break his fob? It is vary unfortunate and ironic that his remote did not work once car was done with our service, but it is not our fault and it just happened to very abused fob Even he refused us to take a photo of his fob, since it was in my hand behind the cashier's counter, I immediately took a photo of his fob because it was so bit-up Please take a clear look at the attached photo of his fob, it is so bit up He also mentioned that he only used the fob for a one year but he pesonally told me that he used for more than a couple of years Anyhow, PLSEASE TAKE A CLEAR LOOK AT THE PHOTO.!!! It wa abused for more than few years During our life time driving, we often encountered fob/keyless remote gets break down due to overly used We either replace battery or replace the new one WE NEVER DROP OR WET THE ABUSED FOB, BY LOOKING AT THE CONDITION OF FOB/PHOTO COPY, it just happen in our car wash Therefore, we can not be responsible!!!!! I am rejecting this response because: the owner is completely full of it First off you said yourself the key worked perfectly fine until you removed it from my vehicle It's a car wash and water is everywhere so the fact that you now admit that the same key was used after calling me a liar is hilarious Second, I never once used any sort of four letter language as you so call it until you question my integrity and called me a liar You work with the public at a customer service job and whether you like it or not the customer is always right Read some of your reviews on Google and yelp My experience with you guys is the exact same as the others They all say the exact same thing, you always claim the damage is pre existing and it wasn't your fault The key fob was only in use for months and was not BEAT UP not bit up mr former police investigator that can't spell The key has wear from being put into a pocket So the little white stamp ink was rubbed off, really that's beat up to you? The Subjected complainant is very unreal As I mentioned, the police came and, there was a voluntary witness stating how rude and violent she was...etc I have the name of the police officer and the witness An Authentication should not be any problem We dealt with thousands customers, but she was exceptionally rude and discriminated person ( [redacted] ) She DID said " [redacted] YOU DO WHAT I TELL YOU TO DO...etc)However, I am willing to give a free carwash just to settle this madness, with a condition that she would/will only expect a carwash, meaning we do not remove any tar, oily stain, tree sap, ..etc Further, she should act like a decent human being and be professional, not like a MAD DOG She further agrees not to come back nor put any negative review/remark against our car wash This condition must be replied in writing through Revdex.com Once, she agrees and reply an acknowledgment in writing, we will set up a re-wash schedule accordingly

I am rejecting this response because: I am not a [redacted] [redacted] and probably more than that. This is ridiculous.  He is puting words in my mouth that I did not say. I cannot believe he is actually writing these statements with conviction and calling me a mad dog I am not an animal and I assure you the level of respect that I treated him with as a human being was beyond what he deserved. I could have reacted differently and more vulgarly than I actually did. But I didn't I have more class and better sense than that. First of all, I personally greeted them when they came into the service writer area.  I noticed that there were a lot of bird poops on the car.  Thus, I kindly advised them we will do our best to remove bird poops and it would take an extra time to remove them at the prep area before we...

send the car through the wash tunnel.  When the car came out from tunnel to the drying and wiping area, we cleaned the car very thoroughly.  In fact, due to the dirtiness of its car condition, we spent extra time to prep and towel dry the car.When the car was done, a Caucasian lady wanted the money back because she wasn't satisfied with our service.  Thus, I asked her to show me the spots or area that we might have missed.  At first, they were very reluctant but I was able to escorted them out to the car. Their complains were the TAR SPOTS and DARK OIL or RUBBER SCRACH MARK.  I tried to explain to them that those marks would never come out with regular car washes anywhere, but I would clean those marks  for them and, it would also take special chemical to remove stain and would take extra time.  However, during the whole conversation, they were so rude and were  shouting so loud that it was impossible to carry out any further conversation.  In fact, They made several derogatory language like "[redacted] and also said that "White is always right, you do what I tell you to do...etc"   At this point, I felt that I was being very threaten and told my cashier to call the police.  I even have an one customer who witnessed the entire scene also volunteered to speak to the police officer.  Which he subsequently testified as a witness to the police.  Thank God!!!!  As far as we are concern, we cleaned their car with an extra attention.  We think that they came to our car wash with an intend to get their money back no matter what.  Furthermore, they are very BAD person!!!!!!!  I wish some day, they would realize what they had intended or how they reacted as crazy person is WRONG in this society.  May God bless them....

Whenever, we were informed of creating a such damage, we normally request an accussar to complete the damage report first in order that we can keep it for our record and to further investigate. .  Second, we take a photo of subjected damage (mostly the body...in this case, was a remote fob).  He refused to complete the form and did not want us to take a photo of his fob. Since he handed me the fob at first, I took a photo of it which I am attaching a photo copy.  When this complaint was reported to me that day, I told him that it is impossible that we broke his fob because when the customer comes in for car wash, normally we turn off the engine at the vaccume area, after vaccume, we turn on the car and move it to our prepping area.  Then, we turn off the engine before we send the car to our conveyor/tunnel.  Once car is out of washing tunnel, we turn on the engine once again and we then move it to the hand dry area.  All this time, the fob is kept inside of the vehicle.  Once the car reaches to the final drying area. Once arrived, we turn off the engine and put the keys/remote on the top of the rear driver's side tire to avoid self-lock.  Also, according to our staff, we never either wet the fob or drp the fob during this process.  How can we possibly break his fob?  It is vary unfortunate and ironic that his remote did not work once car was done with our service, but it is not our fault and it just happened to very abused fob.  Even he refused us to take a photo of his fob, since it was in my hand behind the cashier's counter, I immediately took a photo of his fob because it was so bit-up.  Please take a clear look at the attached photo of his fob, it is so bit up.  He also mentioned that he only used the fob for a one year but he pesonally told me that he used for more than a couple of years.  Anyhow, PLSEASE TAKE A CLEAR LOOK AT THE PHOTO.!!! I am rejecting this response because: he did not offer any alternatives to the situation at hand he also was not very adamant about actually taking the time to look at my vehicle because I believe he knew he was not going to make it right regardless. We have never ever been treated so foul at a car wash. We also have never been told that it takes a special chemical to wash minor bird poop and minor dirt off of a vehicle. I truly believe that he needs to re evaluate his business and if working with the general public is indeed for him. I was very appalled by his lack of customer service and his audacity to ridicule and belittle me and my spouse. We intended on getting a car wash worth $23.99 not a car wash that I could have done for free in the comfort of my own home. We do not go anywhere with intent to get money back from any purchase unless we feel the absolute need for a refund I was even willing to settle for a re wash or half of my money back and he was greedy unprofessional and ruthless to adhere to customer service policy. I want my money back period. Any accusations he is throwing out there is wrong. He brought me to a boiling point and I did say f bombs because he was refusing to make it right. No race card was used that's pathetic of him to say and witness please I didn't see anyone else in that place the entire time we were arguing. So to me that's irrelevant. And as for the cops they agreed with me. But couldn't force him to give me a refund. So basically it boils down to My spouse and I want our money back. And we will continue to write reviews and let as many people as we know not to go that location ever. Horrible experience and by the way my blood pressure was sky high because of his selfishness and with a heart condition anything could of happened to me. All over him arguing to fix the problem.

Review: I took my brand new truck (2015 Nissan Frontier) in for a car wash and the paint is now scratched, pretty badly in some places. One scratch is down to the metal. When I brought it back the manager walked away from me, said they didn't do it and wouldn't even refund my $. I spoke with the owner today to let him know he might have a problem with his employees and quality control. He told me to get a lawyer, that he would sue me for fraud and that he had my license plate number (what?!). There are several complaints on google and yelp I should have listened to. I hope others report this business to you as well.Desired Settlement: I'm going to have to pay to get what I can get buffed out buffed out. The car wash service was $19.99 with a $2.00 fee for being a "large vehicle." I tipped them $3. If I could get anything it would be reimbursement for buffing out the scratches. My estimate is $75-$125. But this is really not about the $. This is about a business that is destroying people's private property and not taking responsibility.

Review: I took my car in today to get it washed. When it was returned to me my key fob for my 2008 dodge charger no longer worked. Upon removing the battery door you can see water drops inside so they water damaged the circuit board rendering impossible to start the car. I had to then give a friend a call to give me a ride to my home and get my spare key. Placed the key in and car started up just fine. I informed the manager on duty and was told I'd need to come back at 3:30 which was an hour later to speak to a different manager. In the mean time I went to my local dodge lot to get a new key fob and get it programmed which came up to $250. When I returned I brought the damaged key back, the new key and a receipt from dodge for the new parts. I 2as then told that it was pre existing damages and he seized my key from me. He then told me I needed to prove it was my car with my license, registration and pictures. I refused to give him this information because that has nothing to do with the issue. He then told me that I assume they broke it and I purposely gave then a faulty key. I asked him why I would go home and come back with a second key and he said it wasn't my problem. I asked for his name and information and he refused to provide that so the only description I have is an Asian male approximately late 40's to early 50's. He refused to give me my key back and took my picture as well as my cars picture and cursed me put until I threatened to call the police because he wouldn't give me my key back. This is the most rediculous business I've ever been too.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the key fob and programming service. The key was used less than a year and I used my spare for over 6 without problems. They need to pay for the damages.

Review: I went to this car wash with my girlfriend. We paid $23.99+ tax to have a detailed car wash. Before the car wash even began the owner said to us that the bird poop may be an issue. We looked at eachother like since when is bird poop an issue at a car wash?!? Against our better judgement we decided to still allow them to wash our car. I go in and pay for our service. Cashier was OK. I went outside to watch the car get detailed and I instantly began noticing dirt and oil spots all over the car. My girlfriend suggested we go in and ask the owner to either rewash the car and or refund the money. We we're polite and respectful throughout majority of the altercation. The owner had the nerve to tell us both that they do not have the proper soap to remove oil or dirt from our vehicle. I was a little shocked that such stupidity still exists. And for $23.99 + tax there better be soap good enough to wash the common dirt/birdpoop/oil off of anyone's car. He argued and basically told me that I'm full of st and he wasn't going to make it right or refund us our money. So I did tell him how I felt. F bombs were dropped and he then had his cashier call the police on me and my girlfriend. I happily waited. The cops arrived and basically it boiled down to us not getting reimbursement or a redo wash. Since it being his business he didn't have to compensate us in any way. And he also banned us from his establishment. Which by all means ban us we do not want to ever step foot or even hear of this company again. I am completely dissatisfied and I will write reviews on all web blogs or social sites about this place in hopes of having such a unprofessional dirty against customers service rights petty business like this shut down. We had to go elsewhere to read wash our car I came out of pocket another $10.00 in order to get the dirt and oil droppings off my car I also had to vaccum the entire car which they did not do and they also didn't wax my tires as promised when I paid the $23.99+ tax. We also had an obscene headache all day from the arguing where there should have not been an argument. All we want is our money back and for other people to be aware of this business.

First of all, I personally greeted them when they came into the service writer area. I noticed that there were a lot of bird poops on the car. Thus, I kindly advised them we will do our best to remove bird poops and it would take an extra time to remove them at the prep area before we send the car through the wash tunnel. When the car came out from tunnel to the drying and wiping area, we cleaned the car very thoroughly. In fact, due to the dirtiness of its car condition, we spent extra time to prep and towel dry the car.When the car was done, a Caucasian lady wanted the money back because she wasn't satisfied with our service. Thus, I asked her to show me the spots or area that we might have missed. At first, they were very reluctant but I was able to escorted them out to the car. Their complains were the TAR SPOTS and DARK OIL or RUBBER SCRACH MARK. I tried to explain to them that those marks would never come out with regular car washes anywhere, but I would clean those marks for them and, it would also take special chemical to remove stain and would take extra time. However, during the whole conversation, they were so rude and were shouting so loud that it was impossible to carry out any further conversation. In fact, They made several derogatory language like "[redacted] and also said that "White is always right, you do what I tell you to do...etc" At this point, I felt that I was being very threaten and told my cashier to call the police. I even have an one customer who witnessed the entire scene also volunteered to speak to the police officer. Which he subsequently testified as a witness to the police. Thank God!!!! As far as we are concern, we cleaned their car with an extra attention. We think that they came to our car wash with an intend to get their money back no matter what. Furthermore, they are very BAD person!!!!!!! I wish some day, they would realize what they had intended or how they reacted as crazy person is WRONG in this society. May God bless them....

I am rejecting this response because: he did not offer any alternatives to the situation at hand he also was not very adamant about actually taking the time to look at my vehicle because I believe he knew he was not going to make it right regardless. We have never ever been treated so foul at a car wash. We also have never been told that it takes a special chemical to wash minor bird poop and minor dirt off of a vehicle. I truly believe that he needs to re evaluate his business and if working with the general public is indeed for him. I was very appalled by his lack of customer service and his audacity to ridicule and belittle me and my spouse. We intended on getting a car wash worth $23.99 not a car wash that I could have done for free in the comfort of my own home. We do not go anywhere with intent to get money back from any purchase unless we feel the absolute need for a refund I was even willing to settle for a re wash or half of my money back and he was greedy unprofessional and ruthless to adhere to customer service policy. I want my money back period. Any accusations he is throwing out there is wrong. He brought me to a boiling point and I did say f bombs because he was refusing to make it right. No race card was used that's pathetic of him to say and witness please I didn't see anyone else in that place the entire time we were arguing. So to me that's irrelevant. And as for the cops they agreed with me. But couldn't force him to give me a refund. So basically it boils down to My spouse and I want our money back. And we will continue to write reviews and let as many people as we know not to go that location ever. Horrible experience and by the way my blood pressure was sky high because of his selfishness and with a heart condition anything could of happened to me. All over him arguing to fix the problem.

The Subjected complainant is very unreal. As I mentioned, the police came and, there was a voluntary witness stating how rude and violent she was...etc. I have the name of the police officer and the witness. An Authentication should not be any problem. We dealt with thousands customers, but she was exceptionally rude and discriminated person ([redacted]). She DID said "[redacted] YOU DO WHAT I TELL YOU TO DO...etc).However, I am willing to give a free carwash just to settle this madness, with a condition that she would/will only expect a normal carwash, meaning we do not remove any tar, oily stain, tree sap, ..etc. Further, she should act like a decent human being and be professional, not like a MAD DOG. She further agrees not to come back nor put any negative review/remark against our car wash. This condition must be replied in writing through Revdex.com. Once, she agrees and reply an acknowledgment in writing, we will set up a re-wash schedule accordingly.
