First of all, I personally greeted them when they came into the service writer area I noticed that there were a lot of bird poops on the car Thus, I kindly advised them we will do our best to remove bird poops and it would take an extra time to remove them at the prep area before we send the car through the wash tunnel When the car came out from tunnel to the drying and wiping area, we cleaned the car very thoroughly In fact, due to the dirtiness of its car condition, we spent extra time to prep and towel dry the car.When the car was done, a Caucasian lady wanted the money back because she wasn't satisfied with our service Thus, I asked her to show me the spots or area that we might have missed At first, they were very reluctant but I was able to escorted them out to the carTheir complains were the TAR SPOTS and DARK OIL or RUBBER SCRACH MARK I tried to explain to them that those marks would never come out with regular car washes anywhere, but I would clean those marks for them and, it would also take special chemical to remove stain and would take extra time However, during the whole conversation, they were so rude and were shouting so loud that it was impossible to carry out any further conversation In fact, They made several derogatory language like " [redacted] and also said that "White is always right, you do what I tell you to do...etc" At this point, I felt that I was being very threaten and told my cashier to call the police I even have an one customer who witnessed the entire scene also volunteered to speak to the police officer Which he subsequently testified as a witness to the police Thank God!!!! As far as we are concern, we cleaned their car with an extra attention We think that they came to our car wash with an intend to get their money back no matter what Furthermore, they are very BAD person!!!!!!! I wish some day, they would realize what they had intended or how they reacted as crazy person is WRONG in this society May God bless them

First of all, we did not ceate scratches If we made the scratches, we would have made scratches to all cars that day at least to those cars that were entered into our conveyer before and after the accusers vehicle This NEVER happenedAll our equipment were in perfect working condition and, we have very safe brush material If not we go out of business!!!! we specifically told the accusers to take a look at the cars came out before/after All other cars were sitting in front and behind the claimant's vehicle Next issue is that the noted accussers were acting like a mad dog I meant, they were making quite a scene, making us impossible to communicate According to all my staffs, they all stated that the noted parties were acting crazy, shouting, using "F" letter language with very very hostile behaviors, interfering with our operation WE HAVE SEVERAL WITNESSES including staffs and customer.Based on their hostile bahavior and nosensed accussing issue, we have no other alternative but to believe that the noted complainant came to our car wash with a bad intention to frame us However, all due respect to a possibility, they were not aware of scratches when and before they came to our car wash It is common that lite scratches were covered and hidden by dirts, other stainsPlease be in mind that NOTHING IS SUBSTANTIAL They made an accussation only based on circumstantial However, we clearly indicated and advised him to look at other cars at the present Made an offer to run the car through our conveyer one more time This will authenticate to the fact that if we made a scratches, it would make further scratches on second time arould Not to mention that it would makesw scrates to all other cars as well.Nevertheless, they were impossible to communicate nor to carry out this matter professionally I have witnesses!!!!!!I am denying this outrageous claim Please feel free to call me at ###-###-####, if I can be further assistance [redacted] ***, Co-Owner
