Review: On 5-2-2016. New Orleans paint and collision repaired a nickel size dent on the hood of my car along with repainting the hood . The total cost was 950.00 which I paid in full. Upon delivery of the car the finish on the hood was very poor and dirt stuck in the finish of the hood. Looks like an orange peel effect and very rough , not smooth at all . Talked to company since then and they were to come to my home to fix. Two appointments were set up and neither were met. I waisted those two days waiting around for them . I feel I have been scammed and my money taken.Desired Settlement: Finish the jod the correct way or my money refunded

Review: CALLED THE AUTO BODY GUYS, THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED A DENT AND PAINTED IT. WHEN THE PAINT DRYED (AFTER ABOUT 5 DAYS), I NOTICED THAT THE PAINT WAS DULL AND NEEDED TO BE BUFFED. I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY ENSURED ME THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE IN CONTACT WITH ME TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY NEVER CAME. THEY ALSO ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY TEXTS OR PHONE CALLS AND I THINK THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY GUARANTEE 100% SATISFACTION.Desired Settlement: EITHER REFUND MY MONEY, WHICH WAS $450 OR FORCE THEM TO COME FINISH THE JOB.
