Review: [redacted] Waste has failed to pay outstanding rent, property taxes and interest. as per a lease agreement with our company from whose property they vacated in December, 2011. In May of 2012, [redacted] suggested a payment plan to which we agreed, but made only one payment in July, 2012. We have received nothing from [redacted] since that time, except excuses. Multiple demands for payment have been made, all with no success.Desired Settlement: We would like for [redacted] to honor the lease agreement and remit payment in full.

Review: In October 2013 I called Ramelli Janitorial to report my broken garbege container, I was told to place it in front of my garage and somebody was going to come and replace it.I waited for 3 weeks and nobody ever came, ater that I called every week for 2 months with the same results, I just called again 3 weeks ago and same old same old.Very bad service.Desired Settlement: I just want a garbege container in good condition
