Review: We retained their services in December 2012 for advertising on postcards that were to be delivered to homes in several of the neighboring communities in January 2013. The original postcard order was unacceptable to the USPS. So we were offered a refund or to add another month's worth of postcard ads , free of charge. We accepted the postcard ads and were told to give them another two weeks to get the mail out in March 2013.The postcards never went out and we have requested a refund in April 2013.We have had no acknowledgment or communication back from our contact, [redacted] in regards to our refund request.Desired Settlement: Please refund us the $230 we paid for services not rendered.
