customer oriented business for over years, we are more than committed to customer satisfaction and quality unitsIn regards to your issue, the week after you purchased the vehicle on Finance, your partner did call and subsequently returned for us to inspect an issueWe found that the roof rack installed as an addition on the vehicle was making some rattling at highway speeds and over bumpsWe advised that the rack be removed, but the gentlemen insisted that he liked it and would like to keep it The next time you returned, it was difficult to communicate because of the profane/disruptive nature you entered our public office withYou were complaining about the same rattling issue that we had addressedWe told you that your partner requested that it stay on and that you did not know about that, which is why you can sometimes hear a rattling noise. In regards to being able to change your mind about the finance contract with the bank, that is unfortunately not an option without completely purchasing the vehicle, it is a legal contract with the bank and is not able to just be returned like commodities after registration and use because of a change in preference. Our trained technicians could find no mechanical issues with your vehicle and there were no other issues present at all. If there ever is an issue with your vehicle we are more than happy to help resolve that

In reference to ID Number *** for *** * *** *** - This is the first that we have heard about any problems with said vehicle from this CustomerWe have been in business twenty years this October and highly respect each customer and would have certainly worked
with Ms*** to resolve any issues she might have had with the vehicle, even though it was sold "as is", had she contacted us in regards to her issues. The reason we do not allow our vehicles to be taken to other facilities other than the ones we are familiar with is because we have had negative interferences with our vehicles in the pastHowever, we do welcome mechanics to come inspect and drive our vehicles before sale at our facility to ensure satisfactionThe reason we have been around so long is because we do not take advantage of our customers, and go the extra mile to help when we can, regardless of a car being sold or with a warranty- which is an option available on almost all our vehicles because as used vehicles service is at times necessaryAs far as the claims by the alleged mechanic, they are quite presumptuous and implicative of deception that we would never even attempt much less suggestWe would be happy to assist with the vehicle if it were to have been brought to our attentionThank You

Review: About a month ago, we bought a 2004 [redacted] from this dealer for $4300, "as is", with no warranty. Prior to purchase, we asked the owner of the dealership if we could take it to our mechanic (1/2 mile away) to be checked out, and he said no. In the past month, our mechanic (for over 15 years, whom we trust implicitly) has done about $700 worth of required repairs to the vehicle, and he says that it still needs more work, about $1200 worth! Our mechanic says that there is clear evidence of "mischief" on the part of the dealer. For example, they sprayed the inside of the radiator with silicone in order to temporarily hide a serious leak, which was soon exposed, and a new radiator had to be installed. The problem had been made worse (and more dangerous) by the presence of the silicone, according to our mechanic. They engaged in similar mischief when they added some kind of thinning additive to the oil, temporarily preventing the oil light from going on as it should have, thus temporarily obscuring the fact that the oil pump should have been replaced a long time ago, according to our mechanic. These are just two examples of the problems we've had with this vehicle. There are others. After hearing, from our mechanic, of this (criminal?) mischief by the dealer and his staff, we absolutely did not trust them to do the required repairs, so we had them done by our mechanic.
