Hello [redacted], I would like to dispute this complaint. Claim number for [redacted] is [redacted]. Below are a list of the items the customer is complaining about and the response to their complaint. Dishwasher...

Installation Due to the “STYLE” of dishwasher they chose, it has caused difficulty with their kitchen cabinet design and securing the dishwasher to their liking. Their handle protrudes out and where it would have to be secured causes an issue and we are working through this to come to a solution.   Door Hinges There was nothing wrong with the hinges, however the home owner wanted bronze instead of Nickle. We have struggled getting the right hinges, but we now have the correct hinges and we have tried to get on the same page for several weeks now to switch them and neither theirs or our schedule has allowed it. Transition pieces Were secured over 6 -8 months ago Cracked Sidewalk (Hairline fractures, less than 1/32) The integrity of the home is not compromised. The City asks that it be done, so it has no bearing on the homeowners. Since we have finished the home, they have driven several pieces of machinery over the sidewalk were it was originally cracked and further damaged the sidewalk. I spoke with the homeowners and told them that it would be done when we pour the sidewalk on a development, they agreed that would be okay. However, in this situation, I am not responsible to fix the sidewalk when I have already paid the city a bond for them to do so. Below are personal preferences and were not part of the contract of the home. Home Owner Expectations Trim around windows in the back of home During the stucco process I specifically asked Mr. [redacted] if he wanted the banding on the windows in the back. I told him there was not cost difference. He told me that they did not want the bands. I specifically mentioned that if he wanted them after “today” there would be an additional cost because the subcontractors would have to do additional work. He still told me no. No lighting on back lower around sliding glass door This was an un-finished basement and we left a wire in the wall for him to put light fixtures out the back when they finished the basement. This is also indicated on the plans with no light by the basement sliding door. Yard not filled with dirt around foundation This arose due the height of the dirt of the neighbors on either side of Mr. [redacted]. This house was finished 1-2 months before the neighbor on the south and about 6-8 months before the neighbor on the north. If the neighbors would have never built up their back yards, Mr. [redacted] would not need any fill dirt. It was never part of the contract to bring in 2 feet of fill dirt in his back yard. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.Joe K[redacted]
