Review: On ** April, I gave a Anne Fontaine white shirt to this dry cleaner. When I came back two weeks later to pick it up, they could not locate it. I came back a week later and they could not locate it either. So they told me to wait a few months as their cmopany was processing a lot of items. I asked for compensation so they gave me USD60 credit for the "waiting time". The guy seemed to be pretty sure that they will find it so I would rather wait. However, when I came back to use my credit for laundry and they did not accept, it was only for dry cleaning. After some back and forth, it happened that they did loose it. Now they are telling me that I had my credit for 3 months and did not use it, like it has expired. I did not want to use my credit because the items I have to go for dry cleaning are quite expensive and I definitely want to loose something again.

So at the end of the day 1) they lost my (expensive) shirt, 2) credit for dry cleaning ONLY=> I have no choice for cash or laundry, I feel life they want to force me to use their bad dry cleaning services and I do not like that. Besides, customer service is extremely bad. Most of the people are rude and of course they dont like seeing me coming back again. A good reason for me not to give them another item, they could just pretend they lost it and dont give me any damage.Desired Settlement: USD100
