On 3/7/Mrs*** was sent the attached invoice for her order for *** *** PTOShe was given a freight discount due to her non stop plea for a discount based on
limited school funds The order was shipped from our Chicago location and the attached packing slips accompanied the shipment and were attached to each pallet The load was dispatched for pickup by YRC freight and taken from Chicago to Washington on 03/15/by YRC Freight (https://my.yrc.com/tools/#/track/shipments?endDate=&referenceNumber=4***) on tracking number ***The order was delivered on 3/22/and the delivery paperwork was signed and the load was accepted as full and complete All customers are instructed PRIOR to delivery to check the load against the packing slip at delivery and count and verify the order and make any notations of damage or missing items upon deliveryThey are also notified that we have no way of being responsible for their distribution of products and cannot accept requests for distribution or ordering errors after product is given out to buyers due to the fact that we cannot guarantee that proper items are given to the correct buyers.
The load left our Chicago warehouse at pallets plus box of pumps, lbs and arrived on site at pallets, box of pumps , lbsThere were no notations on the freight paperwork indicating any missing items or damage to the load The following day after distribution took place Mrs*** began to leave repeated messages on my voicemail and email and replying to the Auto vacation responseI promptly asked her to respect my vacation time and that I would request the packing slips as well as the freight documents upon my return
There is no indication by the freight company, on the freight paperwork or on the packing lists that any items were removed from the orderWe have security cameras that video loads leaving and all film shows the load in tact and completely squarePlease see the attached photo of a square pallet of items, like the freight that was sent to Mrs***basd on her "alleged" missing product from separate pallets- this would cause the freight to be lopsided and not square for delivery and easy identifiable upon receipt to notate Additionally the missing product Mrs*** claims would result in lbs removed from the freight which is not identifiable on any weight station along the delivery route
I have made repeated attempts to contact Mrs*** and have requested the order forms from her sale to review where the ordering error might have occurred and she has ignored my requests and pretended to not understand the request, rather providing only a list of the items she wants sent We have tried to review these documents but they have been refused and she responds only by questioning the validity of the company, the location of the distribution facilities and business licensing questionsI have attached correspondence with Mrs*** requesting these formal documents and have been ignored
There was nothing missing from the load that was shipped to *** ***, WA I have attached the freight bill to show that we have already significantly discounted freight and we will not be offering addittional goods free of charge to this customer just because she is trying to exthort us by means of filing complaints We cannot be held liable for improper distribution or ordering issues
Below is the instruction that was sent to Mrs*** prior to accepting delivery and there was nothing notated regarding any potential missing items

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I had to call in our order with Amy [redacted] because she would not let me send it or e-mail her, and I       Did not plea with her on A discount that was her Idea not mine, we new as A PTO we were going to have       to pay anyway.       YRC called me to let me know that our order will be delived, and I ask the lady at that time we have       to count our buckets the lady told "our driver is not going to wait for you to count buckets", when        the driver got through unloading our bucketes I ask him if he could stay while we count and he told       me "I have other delivers I don't have time". In order to get our order I had to sign and everybody       was there when I ask this driver.        Profitable Solution Fundraising alls they want to do is talk only about weight and cameras but what        about lies, alls we know that we did not get our buckets that were missing thats all we are concern       about, we have already sent Amy everything she has ask for and I have nerver ignored her when she got       nasty to me sending me e-mails I talk to our Principal and she told me "not to e-mail her back that       companys like this should know better when dealing with schools". We did everything she told us to do       thats how we new we were missing buckets, I called her the same day I did not know she was on vacation       until the next day.              Amy [redacted] is lieing she did not send me any correspondence on licensing or any thing else if she did       I would have got it on my e-mail its that simple, but however we would like to have a copy of it, I do       not know why she saying this and I do not care I just know I did not get it its that simple.              I am and we are standing up to Profitable Solutions Fundraising we do not want the buckets anymore,        as you know MIss [redacted] and Miss [redacted] that we have proof of the soaps that Profitable Solutions        Fundraising are counterfeit and they did not only decive our school but they are doing it to other       schools and everyone else that deals with them. I have letters Miss [redacted] and Miss [redacted] I will fax       you both on what some parents are saying about this soap and Profitable Solutions Fundraising they       are sad what this company did to our school is very very sad and we want all of our money back and       then some for all they have cause our school. Our school may be A low income school but our parents       and eveeryone had to work hard to buy this soap and knowning what we know about this company and this       soap we are A school of pride and we want all of our money to be returned to us and then some.       [redacted] PTO [redacted] WA.
