New Punjav Auto Repair

turbo's on Feb ** 2015. At no charge to me. He then called the [redacted] dealer and ordered the turbo's. When I arrived to his shop on Feb **, about [redacted] I was told that he wasn't able to be in on that day for personal reasons but left orders to replace my turbo's. After about 45 minutes of waiting around I asked the guy in charge there that I wanted to see the replacement turbo's. He then got a taped up box and opened it, inside the box were 2 old looking broken down turbo's with caked up dirty oil inside of them with all dirty kinked up tubes. They looked like they were garbage from a junk yard. Review: I have a 2011 Lincoln MKT and On 12/**/14 about [redacted]. I went into Punjab auto repair shop located at [redacted]. for minor maintenance Service and, after a brief check I was told I needed some front end service, with the oil change and wipers and air filter. When the mechanic was changing my air filter I noticed he was wiping inside my intake with a blue and white poke a dot rag. When I pulled out of the shop at about [redacted] about 10 minutes later I was on the [redacted] and noticed my engine wasn't operating normal and had lost a lot of power, I immediately called the auto repair shop and told them. I brought the car back the next day and they checked it out and said that it was my cabalistic converter and only a [redacted] shop can replace it. I brought the car to a [redacted] shop on 12/**/14, and they said loss of power was a turbo clog and what looks like pieces of a blue and white shredded rag was inside the turbo. I went back to punjab and showed them that what looks like pieces of a shredded blue and white rag was in the turbo and was left inside the intake by mistake was sucked into the turbo when the car was started and clogged my turbo which created loss of turbo.(POWER)Desired Settlement: no payment of any work until turbo is replaced and in the same condition as of 12/**/14
