New Renaissance Stone

Review: The New Renaissance Stone Company, with whom we engaged for the purchase and installation of the granite vanity countertops did not apply the faucet specifications we provided to them, resulting in one countertop that does not fit any faucet we can buy and the other not fitting the faucet provided to the vendor. Additionally, the large mirror in one bathroom was broken by the installers at time of installation due to the granite backsplash not properly fitting under the mirror. Although we have reached out to them numerous times to request solutions and resolution, we now have two unworkable vanity countertops since they do not accommodate the faucets and/or meet the faucet specifications we provided to them. The countertops were installed mid-September 2013.Desired Settlement: We have been working with the vendor since mid-September to resolve this and would like them to remove the countertops and provide us with a full refund.
