Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below 360DevCo came to our school in a time of disaster We were new owners inexperienced in dealing with contractors and insurance claims Mr [redacted] was unfortunately referred to us by a friend so we thought we were working with someone honest Now we know that 360DevCo knew exactly what they were doing and used our unfortunate situation to take advantage and make as much money as they possible could Mr [redacted] assured us all their work would be covered under the insurance claim, he personally asked us to terminate our communication with the insurance so that they could deal with them and get as much money as possible He assured us he had extensive experience dealing with insurance claims and knew how to handle it Again we trusted them Yes we signed a completion certificateBut after the job they billed us and outrageous unauthorized amount As such we were unable and refused to pay a fraudulent bill They proceeded to place a lien on the property After much discussion and difference in opinion we decided it would be best to try to settle without the expense of lawyers We settled to pay $3,in payments However we still felt all this was a clear scam and abuse We continued to have problems with the poor job performed We were given a "warranty" on the job which when the flooring lifted for the third time, they refused to honor the warranty and repair it We asked for it to be repaired numerous times, because they refused to repair lifted floors we ceased the payments To date we have paid 360DevCo $1,of the $3,we agreed upon [redacted] told us he had previously worked an other daycare centers so we trusted he knew the importance of the quality of the job Lifted cracked floor is unsafe in a childcare environment Again I repeat 360DevCo has lied from the beginning and continues to make these allegations of "defamation" Their work ethic is like non I've ever known Working in the service industry I know trying to resolve issues with clients is of utmost importance However they have only ever looked for their monetary benefit forgetting to resolve issues with us as their client I only want justice for us and 360DevCo must stop scamming others As we now know we are not the only ones they have tried to collect more money than the initial agreed upon estimate (without change of work orders) Mr [redacted] & [redacted] have used tactics of intimidation and harassment they will "report us to the health dept" if we don't comply with their demands Our balance is only $and our payment agreement ends until March Now for the second time they placed an unlawful lien on the property for a miserable $1, Not only is this a clear abuse to us but puts our school in a problem with our landlord A signed completion certificate means nothing and doesn't resolve this issueWe feel our hands are tied and are asking for help Regards, [redacted]

The $3400 that is in dispute has nothing to do with the insurance work that was completed. It was work that [redacted] asked us to complete due to ADHS Citations. Atatched are the citations. Of the $3,400 balance she has only made (2) $566 payments [redacted] was not happy with the acid stain flooring and that is why we all agreed to write off the balance of over 4K for the flooring. When we agreed to do this write off it was understood that we would not be doing any further work to the flooring. She has been given instructions of how to care for the flooring numberous times, and it is clear to the flooring contractor that she is not following these guidelines. Just basic dishwashing soap and water is to be used and a stronger cleaner is being used that is breaking down the top sealer. There are chairs with metal feet that are on the floors that do not have felt bottoms as well that are probaly cause to this issue. To date there is no lien placed on the property but a pre lien that will be formed in to a lien incase she decides to stop making payments again.

I am the co-owner of the condominium and currently paying for the remodel
The company dev co has since allowed theft of property, their crew has been using alcohol on the job and using our recycle containers to dispose of trash and bottles, one crew member was at our condo at 2:30am and the neighbors called the police, he appeared to have been sleeping at our home and was arrested for an outstanding warrant The accounting appears to be a complete scam They will reflect charges on one invoice and then add additional charges for the same work on another while increasing the total They purchase materials that exceed the contractual budget then fleece their customers with excessive overcharges The claim is continually made that he needs to "spend time with his family" while the contractual work was scheduled for days.....now exceeds 1/months We have had damaged furniture, lost revenue from the inability to rent the place out, and still have several unfinished work yet to be done. He now claims he won't finish the work unless we pay him for the full amount he claims we owe him, while the bathroom cabinets are mismatched, the shower doesn't drain effectively, the bathtub is damaged, the paint is unfinished and the list goes on

We are trying to respond to the response of the customer:Here are the facts regarding this job:1.) The customer with who our contarct and all communiation was with was Shelly Fox and that is with whom all communication was with regarding this job from start to finish.2.) All materials and finishes were chosen and approved by Shelly via pictures prior to anythig being purchased.3.) NO ONE has ever consumed alcohol on the job, it might be the other independtant contractors they have stated they hired, as this is the first time this accusation has been brought to anyones attention.4.) Our painter was painting one day after work st***g at 5pm and was trying to complete all the additonal itmes that the owner asked to have completed in one night so that he would not have to come back another timeA concerned neighbor called the police at 1pm when he was packing up to leave for the night when he was done.5.) The only thing that has changed on invoicing was the cost for materias used, Shelly chnaged materials 3x, thus resulting in a material upcharge that she knew the cost of before the materials were purchased.6.) The reason that the contract went up was that things were added, per our contract we try to give pricing right away, via phone, text or chnage order paperworkThis was completed each timeIt also states on the contract that if the pricing is not able to be given right away and the work is authorized then we will give pricing as soon as possible. 7.) All origional contract itmes have been completed to date, the work that we refuse to complete is the additonal work that has been requested, and per our contract any and all work that is above what the origional scope is to be paid prior to start of work.Sheena M***Development

AMAZING WORK

360 Development started working on Ms. [redacted] child development center and we gave her budgetary numbers on numerous occasions. She wanted to update the center and even submitted us a "wish list" of what she wanted to complete. [redacted] was notified EVERY step of the way that that she was doing...

additional items, for example the water damage to the existing VCT flooring only happened in a few rooms, the insurance was only covering for the VCT to be replaced in those rooms but she decided that she wanted acid stain flooring though out the ENTIRE space. There are numerous upgrades that have happened through out the job that were either verbally or approved via email, which in the State of Arizona is considered a legal agreement. We also have a signed certificate of completion and emails to show merit and proof. After [redacted] decided to no acknowledge any of these upgrades we were forced to place a legal lien on the property. On 9/30/2013 360 Development met with [redacted] and we came to and agreement, which she later emailed over on  10/1/2013 for all parties to agree to, stating that she would be making monthly payments of $566 starting 10/15/2013 and ending 3/15/2014. As of today we have only received 1 payment. Not only have we agreed to write off over $10,000.00 after the payment arrangement we have verbal and written proof that [redacted] and her boyfriend are speaking poorly about 360 Development and causing defamation of character issues.

What a great company!!! My wife and I hired 360 to completely remodel our 4500 sq ft home and he did EXCELLENT. After that we then decided to have him remodel our family coffee shop and frozen yogurt company, each experience was better than the last. I would recemmond the 360 team to anyone and everyone!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
360DevCo came to our school in a time of disaster.  We were new owners inexperienced in dealing with contractors and insurance claims.  Mr. [redacted] was unfortunately referred to us by a friend so we thought we were working with someone honest.  Now we know that 360DevCo knew exactly what they were doing and used our unfortunate situation to take advantage and make as much money as they possible could.  Mr [redacted] assured us all their work would be covered under the insurance claim, he personally asked us to terminate our communication with the insurance so that they could deal with them and get as much money as possible.  He assured us he had extensive experience dealing with insurance claims and knew how to handle it.  Again we trusted them.  Yes we signed a completion certificate. But   after the job they billed us and outrageous unauthorized amount.  As such we were unable and refused to pay a fraudulent bill.  They proceeded to place a lien on the property.  After much discussion and difference in opinion we decided it would be best to try to settle without the expense of lawyers.  We settled to pay $3,400 in payments.   However we still felt all this was a clear scam and abuse.  We continued to have problems with the poor job performed.  We were given a "warranty" on the job which when the flooring lifted for the third time, they refused to honor the warranty and repair it.  We asked for it to be repaired numerous times, because they refused to repair lifted floors we ceased the payments.  To date we have paid  360DevCo $1,532 of the $3,400 we agreed upon.
[redacted] told us he had previously worked an other daycare centers so we trusted he knew the importance of the quality of the job.  Lifted cracked floor is unsafe in a childcare environment.   Again I repeat 360DevCo has lied from the beginning and continues to make these allegations of "defamation".   Their work ethic is like non I've ever known.  Working in the service industry I know trying to resolve issues with clients is of utmost importance.  However they have only ever looked for their monetary benefit forgetting to resolve issues with us as their client.   I only want justice for us and 360DevCo must stop scamming others.  As we now know we are not the only ones they have tried to collect more money than the initial agreed upon estimate (without change of work orders).  Mr [redacted] & [redacted] have used tactics of intimidation and harassment they will "report us to the health dept" if we don't comply with their demands.
Our balance is only $1868 and our payment agreement ends until March 2014.  Now for the second time they placed an unlawful lien on the property for a miserable $1,868.  Not only is this a clear abuse to us but puts our school in a problem with our landlord.  A signed completion certificate means nothing and doesn't resolve this issue. We feel our hands are tied and are asking for help.
Regards,
[redacted]

Do not hire this company! The work is shoddy, the contractor dishonest. They hire unprofessional layman to do the work, which then has to be done over, still looks awful, and then they bill you for it. There has been damage done that was left unrepaired, and original work that is still undone. They made financial changes and decisions without asking, spending our money. They overcharged on most items and then refused to pay the sub-contractors, slandering us by saying we hadn't paid their company.
Thankfully the sub-contractors came to me knowing they could trust us but had caught this contractor is so many lies that they knew not to believe him.
Please, do not consider this company, no matter how reasonable their pricing seems. It will not be so when they are done, which they never are.

This company did a great job building my nail salon. Not only was Todd a pleasure to work with but her really helped me keep the cost down and allowed me to have my dream become a reality.

This complaint is not valid as the customer and only person whom the contract was with was [redacted] who authorized all charges and approved materials via pictures text messages.
