I logged on and saw that the only response I am allowed to give you is that there was no response from New RiverThey finally did respond after weeks and another $on my part spent to return parts and to re-weld the new wedge that they finally providedThat is the problem with
New River: They do not respond, to anyone including youThe now owe me money in the amount of $350, I guess I have to pay to ship back the broken parts which were determind to have broken because of a material defect (that cost me $in shipping.) I am now waiting to hear from Service as I understand they are the only ones who can send the moneyIt was promised by New River employees, Jeremy C*** and JS*** but they cannot approve itIf they had not redesigned the wedge it probably would not have cost so much to reinstall itNo one seems to be able to help with this company. They should not be allowed to do internet business as they have no ethics. *** * ***

This item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  This customer refused to follow his warranty and had a unauthorized person to perform the work.  They did not do the repairs correctly.  The customer needs to turn in any parts that they think are defective to a authorized...

repair facility who knows how to make any needed repairs.  The machine is not eligible for return as it is used and it also uses hazardous material.

[Jeff sent me the item to replace the defective part and knew that I was taking it to a qualified welder to replace.  He sent me photos on how to replace it.  I have also sent a complaint to the West Virginia Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Protection Services.  My credit card company has credited by account and is waiting for the merchant to respond.  I believe this company is selling defective products and defrauding consumers and then will ignore calls for assistance.    ]
