On November 14, my insurance, *** *** processed a claim for an appointment on November the 9th with Dr*** at Valley GastroenterologyThe process resulting in me owing less than my standard co-pay, $50, that was paid on November I have confirmed that a check was mailed to Gastroenterology on the 21st and they have confirmed that they received it on the 27th and recorded a credit on my accountI have called tiems asking them to mail me a check for the credit on the accountAs of yesterday it is still sitting on someones desk***, in the billing department stated that they only mail out checks once a monthWHen I asked her when they do that she could not give me an answerI asked for her supervisor to call me which has not occuredI am now filing this complain in an attempt to get the money that is duw me before the Christmas Holiday, if they agreaa to put it in the mail by tomorrow, December then I will drop this complaint
