I booked an overnight reservation from snaptravel on 5.25.20 checking out 5.26.20... I paid $135.89 when I checked in for my prepaid room the young lady stated they'd have to do a credit card hold of $116.43 but it would be refunded upon check out. I did as told. On May 27th the hold became a charge. I have called the hotel numerous times. Call and submitted a form through their corporate office. Today I finally get through to a Nicole coppiacola amd she rudely tells me my reservation was not through snaptravel. The other manager on staff sent me to voicemail. Both highly unprofessional. The General manager is NEVER available and NEVER returns calls. Snaptravel wont get involved because its been over 30 days... Someone needs to REFUND the additional cost. Can your company help? I am beyond angry at this point.

Here is the only charge we charged the guest. 116.43$ which was the one night room and tax. There is no 135 additional charge.

I do not accept the response from Best Western Dana D because I arrived at the Best Western New Smyrna Beach Hotel & Suites from May 25 - May 26 (1 night)based on a *** Reservation... It was NEVER a reservation made directly with the hotel. I checked in through said PAID reservation. I have suvmitted proof it was PAID. I checked in with a PAID reservation therefore should NOT have been charged an additional $116 dollars.
Snap travel has refunded the guest $135.89
I attempted to contact Alex H 7 times bc my husband and I were both charged for the same room! My card should have never been charged!!
I held the room with my credit card, once we arrived my husband paid with his credit card and they still charged my card.. A young lady called me and told me it was my banks error and that they never charged my card. !!! I finally received a call from Alex and he told me they would refund my card. It still isn't refunded! We went there for a wedding abs they charged the bride a $250 smoking fine and they don't even smoke. I would never refer this hotel!!!!
I would appreciate my money back with interest!
We were able to resolved this incident by adjusting the charges and refunded our Guest Credit card. Thank you for your understanding and Support.

Staff was great! Hotel not so much. I live local and rented a room because my AC needed to be replaced. I stayed one night with my 2 little girls after several nights of not sleeping in 90 degree heat and still could not get any sleep after paying $160 for a room! Well overpriced for the area but close to home. The AC clicked on every 15 mins to the sound of a rusty hose turning off which kept me up the entire night. There was a bucket outside collecting water on the AC I realized the next morning. The only reason I did not request another room is bc my kids were fast asleep regardless of all the noise. I didn't let that bother me waking up at 7am and decided since checkout wasn't till 11 I could at least get an hour relaxing by the pool for the overpriced room. Oh no! I spent about 20 mins listening to jack hammering at 9am until I couldn't stand it anymore and left for the beach and peace and quiet. Staff was great, room clean, but as a local I would be never recommend this Hotel to my worst enemy. The owners need to shut down and repair this hotel before charging it people this much to stay in NSB! Spend the $20 more and stay at the Marriott!!!
