I met [redacted] last year at a jobsite I was working on and we discussed doing a trade of each others services The day came where he finally showed up to pour concrete in my backyard, unfortunately the concrete delivery truck was many hours late This resulted in my concrete looking like wet mud It was very upsetting because we were looking forward to finally enjoying our backyard after living here for years Even though this disaster happened, I did not blame [redacted] because it was the concrete company's fault for arriving so late I had faith that he would fix it and take good care of us Months had passed after sending several text messages and voicemails with no response When I finally got a response it was very cold and rude with zero concern for resolving the work he had done He attacked me in a text saying that he wasn't happy and he had p***lems with the system I installed I kept things very professional and wanted him to feel like a valued customer even through the hell we had been through and the lack of concern for our project I called him immediately and arrived at his home hours after talking to him on the phone I resolved the issues that very day I have all of this documented through text message[redacted] finally came out to my home almost months after the initial pouring of the concrete to spray some concrete stain and sealer on it, which he said he guaranteed that we would absolutely love the finished result He said it would also fix the wet muddy look that it has Unfortunately when it dried it only intensified the flaws times over He had sprayed brown stain on the concrete, instead of blending it so it had a natural stone look, he sprayed lines throughout making it look like awkward stripes I also told him to be careful spraying the sealer around the wood siding on my house because I had not stained the wood yet, he was not careful at all and ruined the bottom board He said it wouldn't be a p***lem because he would sand it, he never did On the original pouring of the concrete, he let the concrete overflow into the driveway and the back side of the house instead of forming each into a nice clean line It was the sloppiest concrete work I had ever seen I had asked him to fix the edging upon this trip to spray the stain and sealer He chipped it away very haphazardly, and left the back side of the house location of this same p***lem untouched It ended up looking worse than before and he didn't even bother cleaning up this chipped away concrete All of this is documented in pictures.Moving on to ***'s project, when I was running an ethernet Cat5e wire I had a conversation with [redacted] about the way I had to run it, that I would have to drill a couple of small holes in the wall in the laundry room to where the router was in the windowsill There was already water damage on the wall due to a previous roof leak [redacted] said don't worry about any holes because he would be replacing all of the sheetrock on the entire wall due to the previous leak I said "Are you sure you don't want me to patch these small holes for now?" He instantly refused I would never under any circumstances leave small unpatched holes unless of course the customer refused because the sheetrock was getting replaced soon anyway ***'s camera DVR ended up having a bad HDMI output, so I came over to pick it up and sent it in for repair We both discussed how we were both swamped with work, and he told me no rush on getting this handled right away since he was taking so many months to resolve our concrete issue I came over to his house some time later to swap out his Blu Ray player and remote control that he was having p***lems with and it turned out that it was his Birthday [redacted] and his wife were going out to dinner so I ran out of time to install and program the camera DVR He said it was no big deal and thanked me several times for coming out to resolve the issues A month has passed and I have not been able to get over to take care of installing the repaired DVR Even though our concrete has been a nightmare and I have been ignored and not treated like a valued customer, I will take responsibility for having held on to this DVR and for that I sincerely apologize I shipped the DVR to ***'s house address this morning, he will receive it by the end of the daytomorrow As far as the "fire hazard wiring" goes, those are just electrical plugs in a surge protector, zero fire hazard That is a simple minute cleanup of wires that we were going to do when the DVR was re-installed [redacted] had text me about a week ago "My house got burglarized and it would have been nice to have surveillance!!!!!!!!!!!" Then minutes later "Oh sure, no response." As if I am supposed to sit and wait for a text every minute of the day and am expected to respond within seconds I was eating dinner and as soon as I was done I saw his texts and immediately called him, it had been about minutes I immediately called him and left a voicemail saying that I was sorry that this happened and I was concerned, and to give me a call back to get him in the schedule right away to get this DVR installed Unfortunately I had to ship the DVR to him and will not be able to install it due to a bizarre incident that happened on Monday evening This was a week after I left him a message to get him scheduled After a week of silence, I finally hear from him on Monday night I have missed calls, voicemails, and texts within an hour The text messages that were left were very concerning with serious threats to my wife's safety, saying that she should be scared because she is home alone during the day and he knows where we live He threatened to physically harm me as well I immediately called him to find out what in the world was going on!He immediately was screaming threats of physical violence, his behavior was so insane my wife pulled out her phone and turned her video recorder on We captured the entire conversation of him making all these threats He said the most disgusting and immature things I have ever heard a grown man say to another mans wife After he assured us that he will be beating me up someday soon, he then called my wife the B word He then told her explicitly to do sexually perverted things to herself Through all of this, I stayed calm and kept asking him what was going on with him and why he was doing this We let him know the conversation was being recorded which he said "Good!" Then we asked him "For the record, are you physically threatening us?" He said "Yes I am, you can be sure of it!" I immediately hung up the phone and filed a police report I do not take threats against my family lightly and I am taking legal action Everything I have said are facts that can be proven through texts, phone logs, pictures, and audio/video of threats ***'s comment about me p***ably doing drugs is just another immature comment to try and make me look bad I would never under any circumstances touch drugs of any kind and will gladly submit to a drug test any minute of the dayI just celebrated my 10th year of being in business I love my customers like family and have stayed busy through only referrals, I have never advertised This is the first time in years that I have ever had an incident like this Of course I would want to resolve any issues immediately, but unfortunately my family's safety comes first I can't communicate with [redacted] any further I was also his customer, he trashed my home and threatened my family's safety How do you move forward with someone who conducts business in this manner?

mud.  It was very upsetting because we were looking forward to finally enjoying our backyard after living here for 6 years.  Even though this disaster happened, I did not blame [redacted] because it was the concrete company's fault for arriving so late.  I had faith that he would fix it and take good care of us.  Months had passed after sending several text messages and voicemails with no response.  When I finally got a response it was very cold and rude with zero concern for resolving the work he had done.  He attacked me in a text saying that he wasn't happy and he had p[redacted]lems with the system I installed.  I kept things very professional and wanted him to feel like a valued customer even through the hell we had been through and the lack of concern for our project.  I called him immediately and arrived at his home 4 hours after talking to him on the phone.  I resolved the issues that very day.  I have all of this documented through text message.[redacted] finally came out to my home almost 6 months after the initial pouring of the concrete to spray some concrete stain and sealer on it, which he said he guaranteed that we would absolutely love the finished result.  He said it would also fix the wet muddy look that it has.  Unfortunately when it dried it only intensified the flaws 10 times over.  He had sprayed brown stain on the concrete, instead of blending it so it had a natural stone look, he sprayed lines throughout making it look like awkward stripes.  I also told him to be careful spraying the sealer around the wood siding on my house because I had not stained the wood yet, he was not careful at all and ruined the bottom board.  He said it wouldn't be a p[redacted]lem because he would sand it, he never did.  On the original pouring of the concrete, he let the concrete overflow into the driveway and the back side of the house instead of forming each into a nice clean line.  It was the sloppiest concrete work project, when I was running an ethernet Cat5e wire I had a conversation with [redacted] about the way I had to run it, that I would have to drill a couple of small holes in the wall in the laundry room to where the router was in the windowsill.  There was already water damage on the wall due to a previous roof leak.  [redacted] said don't worry about any holes because he would be replacing all pick it up and sent it in for repair.  We both discussed how we were both swamped with work, and he told me no rush on getting this handled right away since he was taking so many months to resolve our concrete issue.  I came over to his house some time later to swap out his Blu Ray player and remote control that he was having p[redacted]lems with and it turned out that it was his Birthday.  [redacted] and his wife were going out to dinner so I ran out of time to install and program the camera DVR.  He said it was no big deal and thanked me several times for coming out to resolve the like a valued customer, I will take responsibility for having held on to this DVR and for that I sincerely apologize.  I shipped the DVR to [redacted]'s house address this morning, he will receive it by the end of the daytomorrow.  As far as the "fire hazard wiring" goes,  those are just electrical plugs in a surge protector, zero fire hazard.  That is a simple 20 minute cleanup of wires that we were going to do when the DVR was re-installed. [redacted] had text me about a week ago "My house got burglarized and it would have been nice to have surveillance!!!!!!!!!!!"  Then 5 minutes later "Oh sure, no response."  As if I am supposed to sit and wait for a text every minute of the day and am expected to respond within seconds.  I was eating dinner and as soon as I was done I saw his 2 texts and immediately called him, it had been about 30 minutes.  I immediately called him and left a voicemail saying that I was sorry that this happened and I was concerned, and to give me a call back to get him in the schedule right away to get this DVR installed.  Unfortunately I had to ship the DVR to him and will not be able to install it due to a bizarre incident that happened on Monday evening.  This was a week after I left him a message to get him scheduled.  After a week of silence, I finally hear from him on Monday night.  I have 8 missed calls, 3 voicemails, and 6 texts within an hour.  The text messages that were left were very concerning with serious threats to my wife's safety, saying that she should be scared because she is home alone during the day and he knows where we live.  He threatened to physically harm me as well.  I immediately called him to find out what in the world was going on!He immediately was screaming threats of physical violence, his behavior was so insane my wife pulled out her phone and turned her video recorder on.  We captured the entire conversation of him making all these threats.  He said the most disgusting and immature things I have ever heard a grown man say to another mans wife.  After he assured us that he will be beating me up someday soon, he then called my wife the B word.  He then told her explicitly to do sexually perverted things to herself.  Through all of this, I stayed calm and kept asking him what was going on with him and why he was doing this.  We let him know the conversation was being recorded which he said "Good!"  Then we asked him "For the record, are you physically threatening us?"  He said "Yes I am, you can be sure of it!"  I immediately hung up the phone and filed a police report.  I do not take threats against my family lightly and I am taking legal action.  Everything I have said are facts that can be proven through texts, phone logs, pictures, and audio/video of threats.  [redacted]'s comment about me p[redacted]ably doing drugs is just another immature comment to try and make me look bad.  I would never under any circumstances touch drugs of any kind and will gladly submit to a drug test any minute of the day. I just celebrated my 10th year of being in business.  I love my customers like family and have stayed busy through only referrals, I have never advertised.  This is the first time in 10 years that I have ever had an incident like this.  Of course I would want to resolve any issues immediately, but unfortunately my family's safety comes first.  I can't communicate with [redacted] any further.  I was also his customer, he trashed my home and threatened my family's safety.  How do you move forward with someone who conducts business in this manner?
